Swift response, kept informed and lots of checking in, was able to deliver some furniture to new venues as well as dispose of furniture. Andrew was good to deal with , cleared a large house rapidly with little notice and it was good to know contents will be recycled, rehomed where possible.

I can't fault the excellent service that this company provided! They were punctual, professional and conscientious. Andrew was very easy to communicate with and was able to help us out at short notice. The job was completed quickly and tidily - we couldn't ask for more!

Excellent experience with this company! Hired for 2-part clearance around house move. Pricing was clear and very reasonable, and the personnel were absolutely lovely. Andrew kept in touch the whole time to make sure everything went smoothly and sent a thorough video of the completed job prior to payment. I was most pleased with the company ethics, where they do their very best to reuse and recycle as much as possible. They are also amazingly swift! 2 huge amounts of assorted house detritus gone in under 2 hours and left so tidy. Highly recommended, 10/10!

Excellent service at a reasonable price and great communication

Andrew is amazing! We had lots and lots of rubbish to get rid of after a water leak in our house & we were originally looking to hire a skip, but came across Andrews website instead and thank god we did! He was much cheaper than a skip & he did all the lifting and hard work for us. He was polite, understanding and went above and beyond to help us clear our garden and garage. Thank you so much Andrew, we will definitely be recommending you to family & friends.

Andrew could work to my tight timetable at short notice and was very pleasant to work with. He was very understanding when I had to turn up late to our appointment because I had lost my handbag and had to give priority to recovering it. It is great to know that he does what he can to get things reused instead of just dumping everything in landfill, and that is worth paying for.

Excellent service very professional and quick, it’s such an emotional journey emptying your parents house, but Andrew and his team were empathetic and extremely supportive and kind. Phoned one day and a week later it’s all empty, and nothing goes to landfill it’s all sold via Sobell House Hospice Shop or recycled. Excellent, will use again and recommend to friends. I phoned yesterday and Andrew came today and all our rubbish has been cleared from a shed/garden clear out.

Andrew is a really great guy, he helped us clear my late mother’s house. He was extremely respectful and we valued the fact that everything that could be recycled would be. He was flexible in his approach and really helpful with advice etc. Can’t fault him. We really feel grateful that we met him.

I had three items removed this morning and what a breeze. Two sofas and a large footstool.
The whole process from finding someone to take these items was easy. The explanation of what they do with suitable furniture was the deciding factor for me. If the items are suitable, they are offered to charities or if not, disposed of properly. The online pricing and booking was also easy but I had conversations with Andrew to answer a query and finalise things which was refreshing in this modern 'hands off' remote world we often find ourselves in.
The costings were very competitive. The collection was made, everyone was very polite, as I had experienced on the telephone and the job was done. Speed and efficiency made it a simple transaction. I would easily recommend their service to anyone based on my experience.
