The compass pointed east instead of north and the temperature was 50 degree Celsius rather than 30 but patently that was close enough to not be defective. So while you may get a nice watch, don’t expect any help if it becomes defective within the warranty period.

Good value and prompt dispatch and service

I visited the showroom. Everyone was amazing. I chose 10 watches to look at and chose 2 as gifts for my partner. Whilst I waited, they took links out of each strap based upon a photo I showed them.

As I was going overseas for 5 weeks and her birthday is when we are away, I asked if I could exchange them if she didn’t like them. They readily agreed.

The watch was not NEVER functioned properly. I sent it back and they say the problem I identified was "solved". It wasn't! The watch would not chime, it would not allow an alarm to be set and the time and hands WOULD NOT align.
It was worse when they returned it than when I sent it back to them.
The watch was a dud and the service was piss poor!

I was really impressed with Watch Direct Australia - they have a great selection of watches to choose from and they are competitive on their prices. I bought a beautiful Citizen Attesa Satellite Wave GPS Men's Watch. I decided to pay the extra for speedy delivery. I received emails of when the watch was being dispatched and when it was likley to arrive (it even arrived a day early, which was very impressive). Watch Direct Australia also registered the Warranty for my purchase with Citizen. I was very impressed with the service and I will definitely purchase from Watch Direct Australia again.

Purchased 3 watches latest was a black luminox which orange was sent by accident. Spoke to Alex who gave me a discount as I was happy with either colour, just wanted to let them know wrong model issued. What a great bloke good service.

The watch was defective. Everything works but the analog hand. I was so excited to have it that I paid for an express shipping yet it end up just defective, i returned it March 31 until now no update. I received the watch March 27 and messaged watch direct right away. They replied March 30.

Updated/Added info: I tracked the parcel it arrived April 7 but I didnt get an update until today, april 10, but they called because of the review I sent. :(

I will wait again whats the next step. I guess the frustration on my end is deeper because I was so excited for the item to arrive and this is what happened. :(
