Watch Direct Australia Avis

I purchased a Daniel Wellington pink dial watch. I just love mother-of-pearl watch faces.
I live in a remote area and Watch Direct provided a fantastic, quick service- even though it was purchased over the Christmas/ New Year break.

Excellent to deal with and very good communication. Ordered on Thurs morning, immediate order acknowledgement, delivery notifications were regular and delivered on Mon afternoon and at a much better price than others.

Quick and reliable

Watch Direct we’re excellent to deal with. Unfortunately I received the incorrect item due to being so busy. They responded with the utmost care promptly and professionally and delivered the correct item immediately.

Excellent service and profesional personnel. A+

It was a simple process, the watch arrived in perfect condition in a very quick time frame given it came from another country. It was a gift, so it was important to be on time.

Delivery was super fast. Great watch collection, customer service is really good too!

Extremely fast delivery and my hubby is pleased with Seiko watch he received as a Father's Day gift.

Thank you

Great I’m happy quick professional good price will def use again in future

Very easy to deal with at a great price. My only comment would be better signage at the pick-up location.

Safe packaging and watch was better than shown in the photo. I would recommend Watch Direct.

Wish all online business where as good as Watchh Direct for questions and delivery on time.

I messaged Watch Direct about a particular watch and was told in stock. There was a second watch I was interested in as well. Told them I was coming Friday from Melbourne. When I arrived apparently both watches were sold out and tried to talk me into something else! LIARS such a scam, they do not have all the watches on the website in stock. They tell you they are and then they become sold out when you arrive. Stay away from this company!

Brilliant service. Arrived overnight to Brisbane. The watch is absolutely stunning and we saved $200 (compared to in a store). Will definitely purchase again.

Easy to order, quick and complete customer service after questions were asked, and a very nice product.

Nice watch, quick delivery I recommend this product and seller.

Andrew from Watch Direct…
Was extremely helpful when there
happened to be an error in shipping
caused by DHL Express.

Absolutely great communication from
the Watch Direct Customer Service Rep.

Since it was a “Time Sensitive Matter”…
Gift for my son’s Birthday (2 weeks away)
Andrew went above and beyond to do
what he could to help me.

I really appreciate all of his assistance…
And, would definitely recommend buying
from Watch Direct.
