Horrible experience
Was and still is the worst experience I have ever had. I ordered an XL but when I submitted it changed it to an XXS. I then had to contact them on FB messenger because their email didn’t work. They said they changed it to an XL. When I received the package 2.5 weeks later it was an XXS. They wanted me to pay $20 to receive the correct size and keep the XXS. I said no and then they wanted me to pay for overseas shipping to return the item to receive my refund. The absolute worst experience ever. We are now 1 month with nothing resolved.

Hello Robert, we did speak extensively on Messenger about this. Unfortunately you ordered the wrong size of the jacket from our website (it seems accidentally). We tried to rectify the situation as best we could, but you were unhappy to pay return shipping (as stated by our policy) and continued to blame us for shipping the wrong size (which didn't happen, we shipped you the one that you ordered). There is still the option to get a replacement, as we lined out to you - but you will need to return the jacket. We will cover the shipping of the new jacket without hesitation. Worth the wait!
Waited almost 5 weeks but these jackets are amazing!!!! They keep both my Labs buoyant without hindering any movements - swimming or jumping. Their ears stay dryer!

Hello Joleen, we are sorry that the jackets took so long to arrive - USPS took a very long time to handle them initially (due to Covid so they say) - this is not the norm and should you purchase anything from us again, we will personally ensure that it arrives within 4-7 days - as it should.
