I rarely write reviews, but WATEX deserves one.
I spent a considerable amount of time researching water treatment systems for our farm in southern Sweden. Our water analysis showed elevated iron and manganese levels, and I wanted to build a specific filtration system based on professional-grade components rather than buy an off-the-shelf package.
After contacting suppliers in several European countries, I found that many companies wanted to sell me their standard systems rather than help me source the exact components I needed. WATEX was different.
From the beginning, Anna Potapova was exceptionally helpful. She responded to emails quickly, answered technical questions clearly, and helped identify components that were missing from my original specification. Her knowledge and attention to detail gave me confidence that the system was being designed correctly rather than simply sold.
What impressed me most was that WATEX worked with my specific requirements. They helped put together a complete Clack/Katalox filtration system tailored to my water analysis, household size, and installation requirements. As far as I could determine, WATEX was the only supplier I found that could provide all the necessary components in one place, correctly matched and ready for assembly.
The quotation process was transparent, the technical advice was practical, and there was never any pressure to buy a different system. WATEX did suggest alternative ready-made solutions, but these were presented professionally and without any sales pressure. In the end, they respected my decision and helped me build exactly the system I wanted.
The equipment arrived well packaged and complete, and the overall experience has been excellent.
If you are looking for a company that combines technical knowledge, good communication, fair pricing and genuine customer service, I can highly recommend WATEX and especially Anna Potapova.
