If i knew these jackets be coming all way from China i would not have ordered them i have been misled to thinking It's a UK firm. Although they make you think there is a refund policy this company goes against all UK policy never again...

Do not buy from this company, it’s a total scam

Pity there aren’t minus stars. Utter scam. Company trades under several names. Milford Manchester, Hughes Manchester and Watson Manchester and guess what it’s all cheap materials from China with no way to get a refund. Customer service appears to be AI. Scam. Don’t waste your money. Goods nothing like their adverts.

The dress was completely nothing like the picture AT ALL. Complete and utter waste of money ! Don’t think there is any way to return it to China! Utter scam

This company should not be allowed to trade! Having read the experience of others, I, too, fell into the trap of believing the dress ordered was being sent from the UK and that normal refund policies would apply. Dress arrived two days' ago and is of cheap fabric, poorly made and totally unacceptable. I have had similar email exchanges to others with someone called Anna who offers a 30% refund and I can keep the dress - or return it at my expense to China for a full refund. As this company is SO very shady, there is no way that I would go down that route. I am speaking to my bank to see if there is anything they can do to help get my money back. The company should be shut down as they are not only ignoring Trading Standards but also the 1979 Sale of Goods Act.

Really terrible quality product and not as seen in photo. Return not feasible as this would cost a further £25 in shipping fees. I have to write off £30 as a lesson learnt.

Avoid at all costs, if I could give a negative star review I would. This company is shocking. First of all not in the UK as it purports, but China. The clothes are cheap, shockingly awful quality, My dress arrived damaged. I must have had at least 7 email exchanges asking for a refund. Each time they just came back offering a discount to keep the item. Eventually they told me I could return the item at my own cost to China. So now they want me to pay to return a damaged item to China. I will be now taking this up with my bank. The consumer act here in the UK legislates that the seller must pay for the postage if the item is faulty or not as described. Please avoid, save your money and the hassle of dealing with them. Don’t fall for the fancy pictures. I will update again once I have received a refund. I will also be approaching trading standards. I assume if they have changed names once it won’t be long before they are shut down again.

Ordered a dress from here. Awful cheap fabric. Cost 29.95 so asked to return for a full refund. They keep offering discounts to keep it. The fabric is so cheap. Don’t order from here.
If I wanted a full refund so I was told o return, tracked mail. I took the item to the post office and it would cost £21 to return. I had to accept £9 refund.

This company originally went under the name of Milford, Manchester.It has to be the worst company.I have all ever ordered address from and I suggest you look at the trust pilot for milford , manchester and form your own opinion as to whether you wish to order anything from them.

I took my dispute through paypal and got a full refund and I would suggest don't touch them with a barge pole.

*Update: after I raised my dispute with PayPal, the company contacted me and offered a refund of 70% along with keeping the jumpsuits. I decided to take this offer and cIosed the dispute. My refund has been applied. I will not use this company again!*
I have added this here to ensure that people are aware of the nature of this company before considering placing an order. My complaint also about dealing with this company under its other name of Milford Manchester.
I am another one who has fallen victim to this company!
I purchased a couple of jumpsuits after seeing an advert on Facebook. It was only after the order had been confirmed and paid for that it became obvious it was coming from China. I don’t usually have a problem with this, but it would have been nice to know that before I confirmed the order.
When the jumpsuits finally arrived (3 weeks later) I tried them on. Although the same size has been ordered, one is smaller than the other in fit.
I agree they are poorly made with thin fabric and I could have lived with this if the jumpsuits had had the pockets like the advert! 🤯
I contacted them about this and they advised I could not get a refund as the 14 day grace to report the issue had expired (reported day 16 apparently), so wasn’t eligible for a refund or replacement. I have exchanged several emails with them, they are still insisting about the 14 day thing.
As the goods are not as advertised, this falls under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and I have 30 days in which to contact them about this, which I have done.
Due to their insistence I have raised a grievance with PayPal to try and get my money back.

Misleading company, changed their name from Milford Manchester because of all the bad reviews. Nothing in package to return items, 2x pairs of shoes both too large at 3.5uk size, i am 4uk size. my foot measure 8.5 inches both shoe measur 9 and 9.5 inches but are meant to be the same size. Very inacurate sizing this company is selling defective goods.
