We requested a level 2 home buyers report from them and it was done quickly and we received a detailed report 3 working days after the survey was done. We are very happy with this service and would use again should the need arise.

Very responsive and helpful service and they managed to bring forward the survey by several days which was much appreciated.
The survey report is very comprehensive but at over 100 pages long it could be far more user friendly. An executive summary section that notes the actual issues with the property, separate to all of the standard blurb and detail, would make it much easier to read. Having to wade through a report this long to identify important issues is not ideal.

Our survey was arranged and carried out very efficiently and both Amber and our surveyor Peter were knowledgeable and courteous. The service provided offered good value for money. Highly recommended.

Had a great experience with Watsons on a house survey. They were incredibly approachable, and offered good advice throughout. Watsons have been great for our survey on a potential property purchase. Very easy to get in touch with to arrange the survey, the surveyor called me the following day to give me a general overview of what he had found which was great . The survey itself was carried out on a Thursday and we received the full report the following Monday. The report is very detailed with lots of advice and we were encouraged to call them up if there was anything we needed explaining. Great service and I would definitely recommend them .
