Quick presentation of the report following the survey. Only one small glitch - the report stated that the property has no garage. It has. That was not inspected. However, very detailed information on what was inspected. Shortlist of main points to be addressed. Concise instructions on what to do next.

When I phoned up to book a survey ,the person I spoke to was very helpful and kind , it’s so important to be able to discuss with the surveyor too ,about certain areas of the report and I was able to do this on the phone which I prefer.

After booked they kept me informed, advised me on the day that they had attended property, rang me following day with brief update on property and that report would be with me following afternoon once done at office, however actually received earlier following morning.
