Fast, easy and very professional service. Used to conduct a RICS Level 2 survey. Report arrived 3 days after inspection. Very thorough with highlighted areas for actions.

Paid for house survey and the report came back with incorrect photos. Was corrected.

Watson's were recommended to me by a friend and I'm so pleased I went through them. I booked a level 2 survey. They kept in contact with me to confirm when the survey was going to take place. I received a full 63 page report, 2 days later. It was detailed and easy to understand. The survey highlighted issues to me that I was unaware of and am now in process of instructing other contractors to have a more detailed look. I would definitely recommend and I would definitely use Watsons again.

In general think the report not worth the money it's written on. Everything is written with a caveat and although it's level 2, it doesn't really say much more than we kind of already knew.
