When my energy contract became due for renewal, the utility company I used in the past changed my account to a supplier charging more than double my previous rate. I immediately rung and emailed to let them know that I did not agree to this changeover, but after months of very stressful and constant emails and telephone calls, sometimes on hold for over an hour, they and the new supplier were less then helpful.
Then, I received a routine call from Gianluca Edwards from Watt Utilities, who asked who my supplier is etc. I explained my situation with my current supplier and he promised a call back. Thinking it is just another company who I'll never hear from again, I then received a call from Andrew Hill at Watt Utilities.
Andrew advised that he could help and really did!
After my giving authorisation to deal with my energy supply etc., I am now free from the previous supplier, who, it turns out I did not actually have a valid contract with!
I am extremely relieved that these month's of very stressful saga is at an end, and I would like to thank Andrew Hill and Gianluca Edwards of Watt Utilities for their invaluable help!

Speaking to Claire was so easy. She responded very quickly via email. This was a better way for me to communicate about my account as I had the figures clearly in print, so I could compare the best deals. She was very efficient with all the documents tooA*****

Claire Bird made the process simple from start to finish, she calls us months before our current contract is due to find us the cheapest deal.

For the most part, management were great, supportive most of the time! Yet I had a break in, in my house and had to rush home to Rochdale! They fired me, when I called them out for it, they changed their mind on the reason for the dismissal, apparently it was for my performance, but having had only a day and half training, and being there for only 3 weeks, I think I did pretty well.
Pay is good, support is good, but they'll sack you for ANYTHING.
They focus more on the people that have been there for years, they don't focus on helping the new employees!
I would avoid if I was you!

Absolute jokers, have asked for my number to be removed from their system multiple times. Have blocked their number but continue to call from a different landline.
All this while they are wasting their time calling another utility broker, which I have stressed to them multiple times.
This has been ongoing for the past 4 months. Will anyone finally pull their finger out and remove my number from their records to save their sales agents from wasting their time? Doubt it.

David is very clear and easy to communicate with. He listens to what you want and gets you what you need.
Would highly recommend. This is my third contract for electricity through him.

Just very dodgy and very suspect , their methods are to sign up people and at all costs regardless of what tehy want or the best deal .. AVOID LIKE PLAGUE

Contracts failed to start at agreed date. no response from broker or energy company. It was my fault im told as the person I was emailing went on holiday! countless other faults and now 3 months later we are getting no responce.
No point sending an Email you didn't help when you were needed. Its now with the Ombudsman. If you listened to the customer we wouldn't be in this situation. But i'll forward this just for fun

Never tend to work with external companies when signing new business energy contracts, but Aaron Griffith was amazing. Very knowledgable and explained everything clearly. Most of all he beat every quote I got from about 7 energy companies directly so definitely delivered. Easy process and very happy with the customer service I received. He will be my go to man going forward for most things to do with business.

David Williams at Watt Utilities was absolutely brilliant. He himself was outstanding in helping me get the best deal for our small business. We must have spoken about 10-15 times during the day and eventually tied up a very good deal for both gas and Electric. He went far beyond what was expected and I can't thank him enough in being extremely patient, informative and knowledgeable in sorting our new contracts. Would well recommend Watt Utilities
