I just had a Zappi installed at my home by Wattcharger. Dealing with Jamie and his team was a pleasure. Jamie patiently talked me through all the various options, brought my install date forward when he got a cancellation and was super accommodating regarding particulars I had regarding my installation needs. Top notch customer experience, not to mention the quality of the unit itself. 5 stars

Very professional, apply on line with your details, make a payment deposit, Arrange a meeting with the electronic who came on the arrange date and time and explained how the system operates, all done in a short time, very happy with all involved.

This company is very positive and customer focused. They have excellent technical knowledge and are very helpful both in sales and fitting. My Zappi was installed within a couple of days of my enquiry and everyone I dealt with displayed the same enthusiasm and helpfulness coupled with a commendable attention to detail. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

I can't thank the team at WattCharger enough! I fully recommended them as installers who know what they are doing and can explain the nuances to you. Previously had a Wallbox from another company + Solar PV which was not straightforward to set up in terms of sending excess to the Wallbox. But the team WattCharger were quick enough to recommend Zappi, explain its inbuilt functionality and get installation done within a matter of days. 10/10 and would highly recommend.

The wattcharger team are an excellent company to deal with, I've dealt with Sean and Rowan and from the time I enquired about the zappi homecharger they were so helpful and friendly every step of the way. They sent me all the product information and links to read all about the zappi. The electrical contractor came to my house prior to the installation to talk me through the process and where I would like the zappi placed and after the installation they showed me how to use the zappi and went through all the settings with me. Forms were filled out and in no time at all I received my seai grant. They contacted me days after to make sure I was happy and that the zappi was working away. I use my zappi homecharger approx five hrs a day and have never had an issue. In my opinion zappi is a first class product and would definitely use the company wattcharger if you want a friendly professional service.

Very smooth process from quote to install. Found the Watt Charger team very informative and helpful through the process from quoting to install.

Install on the day was very neat and tidy. Whole process was only a couple of hours. The installers took the time to ensure I understood the system and how to use before they left

I found Rowan in operations very helpful and easy to deal with and he kept me informed along the way where things were.

Ended up going back to them to install my solar panels. Again was very easy to work with them, I had a specific system in mind but when they sat down with me they were able to recommend a different set up that would actually see me save money which was refreshing.

Jamie solved a problem I’ve had for the last 13 months. I couldn’t use my charger, a Zappi V1. I’d been unable to source a replacement cable. Sean from Myenergi took on my case and put me in touch with Jamie.
Jamie kept me informed every step of the way, letting me know how things were progressing. He organised to have the cable delivered to me and for Alan to come and install. Having waited so long I could hardly believe the speed with which my problem was solved. Everything now working as normal. A job very quickly and professionally executed. Full marks to all involved.

Watt charger contacted me bout fitting a zappi charger for a customer of there's from Dublin with a house in valentia island , Jamie was very helpful and seems to know the ins and outs of chargers very well ,once I quoted him for the job, everything was good to go, charger was delivered and once I finished , invoice was payed promptly, no delays which is a bonce, would definitely recommend working for watt charger and looking forward to doing the next charger for them down in kerry ,thanks guys from mike moran electrical (up the kingdom kerry for sam)
