I have received great assistance and support from the team namely Patrick and Derek who assisted me in setting up my Zappi Glo at home. They were able to understand what I needed for the system to have it running and it did work swiftly and efficiently. Kudos to the team of E-power!

My experience with Evolve is that their after sale customer service has been very good. We had one or 2 problems with connectivity and they were problem solved and fixed very quickly.

Used epower once in public charger, then realised i am paying a monthly subscription fee. This was not transparent to me. Unhappy with epower.

Ive been sent a date of the 26th of May for installation due to them being busier than usual. I bought an ev to reduce costs but using public chargers, I might as well have stayed with diesel.
My experience with Epower is always a positive and a very professional one. The customer care after service is super and always within a timely manner. My issue was regarding a firmware update and the staff member rang me and guided me through the entire installation of the update over whatsapp video. Following the update he ensured that everything was complete and waited for me to plug in my home charger and check it was working. I have every confidence in epower and their knowledge base.

Got my ZAPPI charger installed on April 22nd. I felt that it was installed in a bit of a rush with not much of an explanation on how to use it.That night I found that I couldn’t avail of the 2-5am tarrif. I rang Patrick and through myself an FaceTime video we found that original settings were incorrect. Full marks to Patrick for sticking with it and getting it sorted. He has a fantastic ZAPPI knowledge.
All systems worked on night 2.

Bought ev charger from ePower. My electrician didn’t configure it correctly. ePower support were absolutely fantastic and helped me to get it working perfectly. Highly recommend ePower for the customer service.

Ross arrived and connected my Zappi charger with the Ethernet cable that Vodafone installed and supplied free and this has overcome the WIFI issues arising from the new Hub7 fibre optic setup. All now working fine. Thank you.

Epower installed both our car charger and solar panels. I had a minor issue with the solar panels that was easily dealt with over the phone under the guidance of Patrick - one of the technical team. He showed me how to reboot the inverter associated with the solar panels and I was very glad that there is a service to allow customers access technical support after sales. He was also kind enough to send me some very useful links relating to setting up the system to perform efficiently for us.

I recently had a problem with my Zippy, not helped that I changed my broadband supplier. I was talking with Patrick Keane whose patience was remarkable dealing with an older customer with very poor technology skills. He could not have been more helpful. Many thanks Patrick. Eamonn

Very good company. Easy to get in touch with, transparent and good customer service. Patrick Keane was very helpful when I had a problem with my WiFi router connection to the inverter.

We recently had epower out to install our solar panels. We found their staff very knowledgeable and helpful. We had a few problems with faulty batteries etc but they followed up and got us working. I spoke with Patrick and Sharon Crosbie on a few occasions and found them both very informative and helpful. Brendan

I contacted epower and did not get a call back when promised. When they did call back despite my initial disappointment my query was dealt with very efficiently and to my complete satisfaction. Full marks for customer service epower

I've just had my home car charger installed by ePower and in particular their technician Rachel. From the 1st contact with ePower to the last goodbye with Rachel i cannot recommend ePower more highly. Rachel was absolutely fantastic and she talked me through exactly what she was doing and through the app that comes with the type of charger that I had installed. I really couldn't recommend ePower more highly for home car charger installation!

Got a Zappi charger installed a few years ago, had an issue last week with the isolator switch and Patrick had someone from his team down within the hour and had us back up and running again in no time! Couldn’t believe it, excellent service and even called back after a couple of days to check everything was still alright. Couldn’t recommend them more, a pleasure to deal with
