Waited 3 weeks to get product, they sent wrong colour. And lol does it work? 🤔 that’s a big fat NO IT DOES NOT WORK. What a complete waste of my time and money. Will NEVER EVER be fooled by these types of products again

Got the light brown magic root cover up. With a brush. What a complete waste of money. Absolutely zero coverage of grey hair. I tried multiple times to apply it covers nothing. My roots are as visible as before. As other reviews said it’s like applying eye shadow on your hair. Their advertising is pure lie, dont fall for it as I did. I also got trapped into buying two products for free delivery. I will throw them away as it is completely useless.

I wish I had read reviews before purchasing. I paid for brown tinted shampoo shipped from China. It does not work, not even a little.

The light brown did not begin to cover up my gray roots. Maybe a darker color would cover it but they do not say you need a darker color for grays. I bought 2 to get the deal because they advertise like it's the best thing since sliced bread. I will donate or throw them away as they are completely useless and I waited too late to try them to be able to return.

Worse customer service. Buy beware. Horrible product. Don’t purchase this product it’s a scam

Just received today, took a long time to ship. Item is very small and didn’t come with brush as advertised. Product doesn’t cover greys but does fill in thinner areas. Won’t be purchasing again though can get the same thing on Amazon for cheaper and faster.

My experience is different from the others I have read on this site.
I bought two products and discovered they were the wrong colour for my hair when they were delivered. I contacted customer support immediately and explained the situation. They asked for a photo of my hair and advised me on the correct colour. Due to this, the customer support person offered to send me a replacement free of charge. The people supporting this issue were helpful, and their communication was prompt, and the new products were sent to me immediately. I recommend the product and the company. I will be buying more from them again in the future.

I admit I have not yet used the product however the name on the box is Nova Hair by Phansta and I googled Nova hair products which you can get at Walmart or Amazon for way less than what is advertised by Waverlo. Will be my last purchase through them. Bit deceptive. Took about 2 weeks to get in the mail.

If I can give less than 1 star I would love to do that. Very disappointed, I received product after 1 month and product was with broken box, with out any free bursh that was advertised and product quality is very bad. Way high price not worth it. I will not recommend this product to anyone.

I ordered one month ago and I haven’t received the products yet! I cannot find a way to contact them! Can someone help me with that?

Waverlo has false adverting - the will not return products. The “easy returns” is a complete lie.

Bottom line: the products do not work as advertised.

The ads on social media demonstrate an easy to apply powder that magically covered root regrowth using the sponge-applicator in the lid. But the powder I received came with a separate brush applicator, and when I try to apply the root powder it does not cling to the hair at all. I follow their instructions but the powder still doesn't cling to the roots to provide any coverage. It doesn't matter if I try using the applicator provided or a cosmetic sponge.

I've asked twice for a refund at Waverlo support email address and it goes nowhere They reply with bla-blah that doesn't resolve my issue and do not answer my requests about how to get a refund. Very disappointed. Lost 25 bucks on junk product and would not recommend these products to any of my friends.

First of all, it took 1 month to receive the root cover up. Tried following up with customer service and they could not provide any further guidance on estimated times for arrival.
Was hoping this would provide more gray coverage- sadly it does not.
A huge disappointment from start to finish!

I purchased the Waverlo Magic Root Cover Up on October 30th, and my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. It has now been over two and a half months, and despite multiple attempts to contact customer service via email and social media, I have received absolutely no response. The money was debited from my account, but I have yet to receive any assistance or resolution to my issue.

The complete lack of customer service is unacceptable and infuriating. I had high hopes for this product, but the ABYSMAL customer service has completely overshadowed any potential benefits. I am extremely disappointed and angry with how this situation has been handled.

I strongly urge others to think twice before purchasing from this company, as their customer service is virtually non-existent.

i ordered Auburn and got a light brown, color does not match at all what they publicize. they offered me 2$ compensation, what an insult!

to my big disappointment- it doesnt cover the roots. Its not powdered like in the ads. Its more of a eyeshadow texture and doesn't cover anything 🥲
