I bought a SUP board and phone case which were both delivered rapido. Unfortunately I had to return due to no longer needing and the customer service from start to end of that process was super helpful, friendly and efficient. It was mostly Sophie dealing with my request, with a couple of emails from Henry and both were lovely. Thank you so much!

I bought a Navigator inflatable Kayak from Wave. The kit all arrived on time and in good order. The boat is great! I am a hard kayak paddler and wanted this for easy transport when travelling, and I have found it easy to set up, rigid in the water and nice to paddle. Great quality, no issues so far. I highly recommend Wave Kayaks for anyone looking for a drop stitch Kayak!

This is our 4th Wave purchase. We were Bluefin owners for our first boards, just after lockdown finished, please don't misunderstand me, the Bluefin boards were great, although my wife just couldn't handle the weight or bulk of the original 10'8" and it became a problem, as she couldn't go of alone or just with her friends. So we bought a bluefin lite. She could carry and handle it but... it just was no where near as stable as the 10-8. At this point I had bought my Wave Tourer 11-4, my wife tried it and loved it, so thinking the Wave Whatsup would be the same, I bought her that, to replace the lite. Unfortunately the Whatsup was not as stable as the tourer, so I ended up on that one instead of my wife. I purchased the 2 person Wave Explorer kayak this year, which is a massive hit as there are no wobbles there and my wife is very comfortable in it. So onto my latest purchase, the whatsup has been sold and I bought my wife the new Recon 3.0, as it is claimed to be super stable. Great news, we went out on the river on Saturday and Mrs H was super impressed with the weight and stability of the Recon, she was happy standing and kneeling as she found the deck very comfortable. I liked the set up with the valve at the front (Bow for boaties) and the simple way it packs away. The jury is still out about the bag as there is no side handle for simple handling and the top opening means it has to be empty before putting it upside down over the folded deflated board. The board arrived in super quick time, as every wave order always has and the customer service team are just great. So to summarise, the Recon 3.0 is a board for those seeking super stability, it is light enough to
be handled easily, it also looks great.

Just would like to shout out to Henry and Antria, I had issues with an order done through Decathlon and both went above and beyond to resolve the issue for me, great communication from them both and very pleased to say I now have my WAVE Sup board and looking forward to getting out on it.

Wow wow wow. First of all the quality of the boards and accessories are top notch for the Price. I bought 3 Sup boards during a deal and two lifejackets. There was a delay in shipment due to the lifejacket being on pre-order but after contacting Support Jade responded saying that they would split the order and get them to us ASAP, however message back just a few minutes later saying she had gone in and checked the stock herself and found that there was some available so shipped the whole order in one go, delivery was next day by DPD (thankfully!). On opening the packaging which is amazing and all fully recyclable I noticed a slight damage on one of the ore handles and also been sent the wrong pump by mistake. I contacting Jade again they expedited replacements for us so we didn’t miss out on being on the water. Can’t say how amazing Jade has been and how helpful they are.

Ordered a SUP board earlier this year (Order WAVESUP41186
) , delivery was quick and product is great quality,service was 5 star. I've just ordered a 2nd but different model, will leave a review when that arrives also.

Great company to deal with, item was shipped quickly and packaged well. When we used the Kayak for the 1st time (month after recieving it) and we found a damaged fin they replaced the item next day. Big thanks to Antria for sorting so quickly.

I sent an email to the customer support team at Wave yesterday (sunday) as i couldnt find their sizing guide for fheir changing robes. I wasnt expecting to get an answer till Tuesday as its a bank holiday today so i was really pleased & surprised when i got up & saw the response from SOPHIE. I had a query regarding my order. Esther was a huge help, updated me almost immediately with the status of my order and why the order had not been dispatched (1 item was out of stock). And quickly arranged for the other items dispatched with next day delivery, so that I could use my before the weekend. And the other item to be sent later once in stock again.

From 7:30am.to 7:30pm at night i was speaking vis email to sophie and jade not one of them listened to me wanting to cancel order

Numerous emails asking me why i want to cancel ? Ive explained numerous times and 12 hours later still no refund or cancelation

Im starting to feel they have stats and they dont want to cancel as it would go against them luterally 12 houes ive been trying to cancel and even though sophie acknoledged i want to cancel still no cancelation now ive got jade emailing aaking me why also even though ive explained

Best of it is item isnt even dispatched ao please just CANCEL and refund and stop palming me off asking me to explain why.

Delay in supply chain meant I wouldn’t get my new Wave Trailblazer single seater before my holiday, they went above and beyond to make sure one was delivered to me a week before I was due to go away.
Having received the kayak, I am impressed how good the build quality is and how stable it was in the waves in Torbay for my first day. Absolutely love this kayak.

Although it took longer than original estimate - the kayak arrived and my son loves it!!
