W D S Associates Avis 

My Grandparents have been using WDS for their will and have done for many years. They always said how professional they have been.
I called the office and booked an appointment for my Gramps at home, very easy to book and offered lots of different availability to suit our needs.

Today Swayze (Great middle name) came for a home appointment to discuss a will WDS have stored, the kindness and professionalism again continued! Even remembered seeing an old car of my Grampys years ago in the garage - that made his day! Thank you.

I had a query which was answered promptly with the information requested

I sent a query regarding access to documentation yesterday evening not expecting a response until today. I was pleasantly surprised when Ursula replied to my question. This meant I could take action today on the matter.

Terrible company, tried to update my will linked to my house and got nothing, tried to cancel and then got a default bill, had 3 new bills all different and then asked to speak to the manager and told he doesn’t speak to customers just over email. If they are this bad when I am alive, I’d never put my family through this if I died. Avoid they are terrible.

I recently had to see our solicitor Abim . A good experience, can't fault the Service . I hadn't got some of my documents filled out correctly, so had to return at a later date . Very accommodating.

I am very happy with my experience. I had a fast respond even on a weekend.

We needed to modify our will which was originally made through WDS and the speed of reply and arrangement of a home visit was completed within hours. A first class service was made even better as Sue continued to work in the evening (2000 hrs !) to resolve it.

Very professional, considerate, well spoken, calm and a joy to talk to. Everything was explained in detail and my issue was resolved very quickly. The follow up to my complaints was and is exemplary and in fact it was my misunderstanding and not WDS. However Lydia was very patient and professional throughout the whole process and due to her and others support showing real professionalism has reaffirmed my confidence in WDS. I hope that the follow up we have committed to will also deliver the same results which i am fully expecting it to do so.

I cannot fault the company or it's staff they go above and beyond all of the time. I've taken such a long time to make changes and despite them contacting me and sending me copies I had not responded. Today I decided I needed to get this sorted. I sent an email and received a response advising that changes to my world could not be done via that medium. The interaction continued into this evening and the final email from Debra 21.45 was for her to pass my details onto a colleague who will arrange for me to visit the office when I am next in Bristol and they are going to also sort out witnesses so that not only can the changes be made but it can be witnessed and sorted all on the same day.
