1 star is not low enough for this…

1 star is not low enough for this company. Do not order from them. I never received my order. Was told to go pick it up myself. They refuse to refund me. Says there's nothing they can do about it. And you cannot contact the warehouse. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM CHERRIES!!!!

You will never finish to pay before your last month

While I appreciate they lend you the money. I want you to make you aware that if you make payments in advance, they will push your payment and instead of end your payments months before, you will still owe them the same amount of months. Also I wasn’t aware that your down payment does not count as part of your payments.

Definitely not worth the hassel

I measured myself as instructed by the information on their website. But one they arrived the bras did not fit. The cups gaped and i message about exchanging them. I asked for help getting the right size and I was told i could pay $30 to send them back or get 20% refund. Seriously! This is completely bs.

Worst company ever

Wouldn’t even rate this place a one star. I ordered two tops from this company on November 8th for my daughter as a Christmas present. I still haven’t received the tops or any emails to update me on where my order is. Do not order from here it is either a scam or a very very unprofessional company.

Total waste

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering.
It is total trash. Ugly and uncomfortable. Ordered 2, both went to the trash bin.
They are loose; the gaps between the garment and your chest are actually bigger than other normal bras.

WORST EXPERIENCE!!!

If I could , I would give this 0 stars.

It is all a lie! The bras DO NOT fit! They’re made in China, poor quality and very bad fit.

I’ve tried to return the items the day I’ve received them, but for that I needed the order number, which they have not provided. And they’ve dragged me along for 14 days until the return period has expired. But before that they told me that there’s no return policy put in place for my delivery address.
Now , I was informed that they are very sorry (LOL) but they won’t give me my money back.
So I’ve spent nearly 100 euros on 10 euros bras that could have bought from any shop.
It’s a good scam, don’t fall for it!

One star for this company is far too much!! Awful, awful customer service. Started off well, polite and helpful emails and then completely ghosted me when I called them out on the fact I'd sent back item for refund and it was returned to me because I hadn't paid the custom fees. Checked with Post Office and they clarified you cant do so from the UK. Complete fraud, highly recommend others avoid this expensive mistake. Thankfully my bank are amazing and refunded me all the money.

Shocking customer service

Shocking customer service. Product was not sized as described. Tried to return but was sent back to me due to a customs issue. I followed their return instructions precisely. I explained the issue via email, and they have not replied for over a month.

Much like all the other experiences

Much like all the other experiences, shocking customer service. Returned £80 worth of products to the Netherlands, stuck in customs, returned to me, tried again, this time I paid the ridiculous custom tax fees, (all in all setting me back another £41) for cherry to say they had recieved the items and were issuing a refund. I'm still waiting 2 months later. AVOID!!!

Scam -Avoid

Sizing is terrible,
Returns is to the Netherlands which cost £16 and then it arrived only to be stuck in customs.
Email ‘Customer Services’ were useless.
Bras ended up being returned to me.
Completely out of pocket for unwearable goods and postage.

Absolute scam!!!

I ordered 2 bras, the were way too small, not true to size at all! I then had to pay over £20 at the post office to return them. Two months later they show up back at my house. I emailed the support team and they said it was due to unpaid customs fees, which is impossible because I paid on my end. I had tracked the parcel and it made it to the Netherlands, but they obviously refused to pick it up on their end. Total waste of money!

Avoid! Never gives refunds

My experience has been very similar to the others here. Bra arrived too small so I returned it. Postage was very expensive as it was to the Netherlands and they refuse to provide details so you have to put your own contact details in and pay the customs fee (this is not normal!). Bra arrived but they never gave a refund… I emailed 3 times asking them about it, messaged them on Instagram and commented on their posts and they ignored me, deleted my comments and ultimately blocked my email address. I raised a dispute with my bank, showed the emails and the bank instantly refunded me. The next day, cherry unblocked my email address and told me that they were processing my return (they have to pay a fine if they lose the dispute). If you also have not received your refund within the past 18 months, find the transaction on your banking app and raise a dispute!!! You’ll get at least the money that you initially paid back, even if you don’t get the return postage back!!

Netherlands scam

I had the same issue that lots of people have had with this company with the Netherlands return scam (despite a reply from the company on this thread saying they are a UK-based company). I reported to my bank and they were able to refund me the whole lot using their Chargeback scheme. Sharing in case others need to do the same.

AVOID! £52 wasted.
Sizing is completely wrong- they come up very small. They don’t offer an exchange, return only, £12.70 from the UK. After four weeks the parcel was returned back to me.

Misleading, Unprofessional – Do Not Buy!

Terrible experience from start…First, the size listed on their website was completely inaccurate — the item I received was much smaller than advertised and not true to standard sizing at all.

I returned my item exactly as instructed, only to have the parcel sent back to me because the seller said I have to pay the customs fee which is not mentioned in their original return process. I already paid for the delivery once and was never refunded in full.

To make matters worse, they’ve held my refund and refused to take responsibility for their mistake. This is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of accountability and professionalism.

Strongly advise others to avoid buying from this seller!! If anything goes wrong, you may be stuck without your money or support! Don’t risk it!
