DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! They are a scam and will refuse to refund your money even after shipping their product back to them. They have had my return for 6 weeks now and have stopped responding to my emails asking for an update on my refund. I finally had to dispute the charge with my bank, and will hopefully get my money back. The bras are cheap and fit poorly.

I am extremely disappointed with this company’s complete disregard for UK Consumer Rights. I attempted to return an item well within the legal timeframe, only to be met with constant stalling and "offers" designed to avoid giving a refund.
The issues:
Hidden Location: They do not disclose their return address until a return is "approved."
Refusal of Statutory Rights: They tried to force me into taking store credit or a measly 20% partial refund instead of the full refund I am legally entitled to.
Illegal Fees: After refusing the poor alternative offer, they claimed that if I really wanted to return the item I am liable for international shipping costs, despite never disclosing that the return destination was outside the UK prior to purchase.
I have cited the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which requires retailers to be transparent about geographical addresses and return costs. They have ignored this and continue to refuse me my money.
If you are a UK customer, be warned: they make it impossible to return items by hiding their location and then hitting you with massive shipping fees. I am now escalating this to Trading Standards and my bank for a chargeback. Absolutely disgusting.

I bought the 5 bras for a cost of £82.80. The quality is absolutely terrible and gives you no shape at all. I would like to return them and have received no reply from them at all - I fear I am not going to be able to return them and it has turned into a really stressful and upsetting experience.

Have to admit I was very sceptical about buying more bras with me being a size 32 aa, but omg im in love 100% no gaps great fit and nice small cleavage

I was a little skeptical, I just tried my 4 for 1 deal..... AMAZING! I just recently lost a bunch of weight and didn't think there was hope for the two gals ....they are up appropriately and not too close together. You guys are going to make my summer AMAZING. thank you!

Ordered 5 bras. None of them fit and 3 of them are different to the pictures shown when ordered. Now they will not accept a refund unless I cover international shipping costs despite sending me an email saying they will refund me without the need to return the items.

I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering here.
What started as a normal purchase turned into an unnecessarily stressful and frustrating experience. The items I received were not as expected and did not fit properly, so I requested a return and refund. From that moment on, the situation became unnecessarily complicated.
Instead of simply providing a clear and reasonable return solution, I was offered partial refund “deals” such as keeping the items in exchange for 20% back. When I declined and stated that I just wanted to return the products for a full refund, the communication became repetitive and unhelpful.
I was informed that if I wanted to return the items, I would have to pay approximately $35 in return shipping costs because they do not have a return warehouse in the Netherlands. However, the original package was sent from an address in Amsterdam. This lack of transparency about return logistics and potential high costs was never clearly communicated prior to purchase.
Despite clearly stating that this had become a formal complaint about how my case was being handled, I continued receiving the same copy-paste style responses in slightly different wording. Responsibility was repeatedly shifted to a “returns team,” and no meaningful resolution or escalation took place.
This is no longer just about a return. It is about transparency, accountability, and how customers are treated when something goes wrong.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend ordering from this company. If you do, be aware that returning items may be far more expensive and far more complicated than you would reasonably expect.

Unfortunately read the reviews too late. This company sucks and I will shout it from the rooftops so no one else is suckered into buying Chinese Aliexpress bras that shouldn't cost more than $12 (at most) and may very well not arrive. The support team is a joke. I placed an order 1/19/26 and my order still says "shipping label created". Read the reviews and saw this is a common trend with this crappy company. I said you know what, I read the reviews, haven't received the bra and as far as I can see, the thing isn't even on the way -- give me my money back. They're now giving me the run-around, saying customs has it and it'll be on the way. This company is a scam, avoid.

I put in my order a month ago now and have received nothing. Their website says shipping in 3-9 business days. So I gave it two weeks before I started contacting them. I sent 4 different emails and got no reply. Finally, when I sent an email asking to cancel my order the next day I got a reply saying it shipped and they couldn’t cancel (a few hours later got a shipping number). I wrote them back pointing out how convenient that it took them over a week to reply to my messages making it obvious they waited until it shipped to reply so they couldn’t cancel. They wrote back and said I can return them when they arrive, but two weeks later and still nothing and the link with the shipping number goes to no where so I can’t check status. I’m pretty sure I got scammed, and if they do show up I’m sure they will make it impossible to return. Please don’t waste your time or money with this company.

Took nearly a month for delivery, requested to cancel my order which was declined and was sent a 10% discount off my next order (which won't be used) as an apology.
Items arrived and nothing as described.... They still gape, no pushup and far far too big around ribs. What a waste of money.... Seriously I've bought better ones from SHEIN for £2!! And they arrived quicker. This company is a joke.... Don't bother!

Wrong size and impossible to return.

It's been over a month since I received my order and requested to return my items in unused, unworn condition, in original packaging with all tags attached, even in the original mailer because I was unhappy with the fit, materials, and workmanship of the products I received. My items had other colored pieces of fabric sewn and mixed in and fraying strings everywhere. I included a note in my package with my order number and information on it, as well as my order number on the package and shipping label. They received my package weeks ago–and I have proof of delivery. I ship packages for a living! I still have not received a refund nor any sort of update or progress on my request, even after following up with them. It's a real shame because the branding and marketing looks so nice, but it is extremely deceptive. I'm very disappointed and wary of this company having my information now after reading so many negative reviews about their practices.

Ik heb 4 bhs besteld maar ze waren allemaal te strak of te wijd, dus wilde ze retour sturen, dit koste mij al 6 mails om er uiteindelijk achter te komen dat er maar 70% van het aankoop bedrag terug gestort word. En dan mag ik de bhs houden, waar ik niks aan heb, slechte site, slechte reclame, en slechte service. Nooit meer

Ich möchte die bestellten BHs zurücksenden, da sie bei mir leider nicht gut sitzen. Trotz mehrmaligem Emailverkehr mit dem Kundenservice habe ich immer noch keine Adresse für die Rücksendung erhalten. Nie wieder.

They claimed to have no cup gaps, but there are still cup gaps. I'm a 34 A and ill fitting bras has been a lifelong struggle for me. The products took a long time to be delivered. The quality is poor. My bras were delivered with a bent wire. You can purchase higher quality bras at Target compared to this brand. I didn't want to bother with returns. Seems to be too much of a hassle having to pay a restocking fee. Don't waste your money here.
