Hi Hannah,

We’re really sorry to hear your little one was feeling sweaty and still experiencing leaks, especially given the investment you made in Peachies.

We’re glad our Nappy Concierge was helpful, but we completely understand that the nappies still needed to work reliably for your baby. Our team has sent you a message so we can learn more about what happened and see how we can help.

Knowing that your little one has stayed completely rash-free really is the loveliest thing to hear, and it's brilliant that the high waistband has made those inevitable blowout moments so much more manageable for you as a busy nappy wrangler. We completely understand that every penny counts, especially when you're on SMP, so we're genuinely thrilled that our discount offer made Peachies accessible for you and we'd always encourage keeping an eye out for those deals as they pop up regularly. The fact that a bulk buy sees you through a full month of regular changes is exactly the kind of stress-free experience we set out to create, so you're never caught short or scrambling. Free next day delivery is something we're really proud to offer precisely for those moments when the nappy supply is looking a little low and peace of mind matters most. On the wipes front, we'll absolutely pass that suggestion along to the team as feedback like yours genuinely shapes where we go next as a brand, best wishes from The Peachies Team 🍑

Knowing you felt looked after and that everything arrived in time means the world to us, as that's exactly the experience we want every Peachies family to have. What a truly brilliant review, and we absolutely love the Rolls Royce comparison because we really do pour everything into making Peachies the most luxurious nappy experience possible for little ones! It means the world to us that you noticed the difference in softness and quality, especially around those precious little legs, back and tummy where comfort matters most. We know that as a dedicated nappy wrangler, every penny counts, and we think it says everything about how special these nappies are that you'd choose them over a treat for yourself. Thank you for such a thoughtful and honest review. We’re so pleased Peachies helped keep your little one dry overnight when other nappies weren’t quite doing the job.

We completely understand that price is an important consideration, particularly while on maternity pay, and we really appreciate you sharing that feedback with us. It means a lot to hear that you found both our nappies and customer service to be of a high standard, even though Peachies wasn’t the right long-term fit for your family.

Wishing you and your little one all the best as you move into the pull-up stage 🍑
