Hi Jannat,

We’re really sorry to hear about your experience. The delayed deliveries, subscription issues, missing promotional offers and ongoing concerns with fit, leaks and value clearly fell short of what you should have received from Peachies.

We’ve sent you a private message so we can look into your account and the issues you experienced in more detail. We’d really appreciate the opportunity to understand what happened and see how we can help.

Knowing that your little boy is finally staying dry and comfortable means the world to us, especially when you've clearly been through quite the journey trying to find a nappy that actually fits him properly. Being born at 6lbs 4oz, he sounds absolutely tiny and gorgeous, so we completely understand how frustrating it must have been finding other brands left too much of a gap even at size 00. We designed Peachies with a really secure, gentle fit in mind, and it's brilliant to hear that's making a real difference for a dedicated nappy wrangler like yourself. No more leaks means no more last-minute outfit changes, no more mid-night sheet swaps, and honestly just a lot more peace of mind for you both. We're so thrilled Peachies have been the answer and we can't wait to keep supporting you and your little one through every size to come, best wishes from The Peachies Team 🍑
