Spruce  Avis 

So happy with Spruce cleaning products! I do not want to use dangerous, toxic products that contribute to the environmental crisis and these are the perfect solution. They really work, smell delicious and fresh, and look lovely. I also love having a simplified cleaning process now with just a few sprays and a floor cleaner. Would love them to do a loo cleaner, laundry wash, and washing up liquid too!

This is the first time I have used spruce and I can honestly say that it smells divine! I can’t wait to order more!

Love the Products...Need to work on the packaging so sachets do slip out of the delivery box in transit.

Took ages to arrive. One of the bottle sprayers doesn't work. Unfortunately not that long lasting a smell, I like to smell scent of cleaning product for a while after and went away nearly straight away.

Super fast delivery, great product exactly as described.

Couldn’t decide between 4 or 5 star rating, the communication was quick and easy, cardboard type packaging was excellent but delivery was very slow (one item had been on pre-order so that’s ok)
I haven’t worked out how to order a spare bottle without the cleaning product but I’m sure it’s possible

This should read 4 and not 5 stars. Very good but not perfect. Struggled to open the sachets. All been difficult so far

all taxes were not included in the price paid, or an invoice with taxes was not included with the dispatched items, therefore the post in Belgium required 25€ to be paid in order to deliver the items. i refuse to pay 25€ when the order itself is not worth that much! the items are on their way back. i hope that my order will be reimbursed.

So I ordered a starter pack and reading all these reviews I am wondering whether or not I am doing something wrong because I opened the box and it does smell beautiful but it only smells beautiful in the bottle once sprayed the fragrance goes straight away and it doesn’t clean as effectively as other products. .. I so want this to work because I love the smell, but like I said it just doesn’t last and just doesn’t clean… I have pre-ordered the glass cleaner because I wanted to try that as well

I haven’t received the 4th out of 4 products ordered. My email hasn't been responded to.
The other three products are fabulous though. I just need the glass cleaner.

I need to stop buying things that are advertised to me on social media. Followed directions but the products are essentially mildly scented water with no cleaning power at all. I'm not convinced it's even hygienic. Bottles are nice though. I wouldn't buy again or recommend

No issues with deliveries. Quick and straight forward communication when needed (I had missed the pre-order notification on one item).

Absolutely gorgeous scent, it make cleaning less of a chore. It has fantastic cleaning power too. I've already used one bottle and I'm on my second sachet.

If you're looking for natural and plastic free cleaning products then look no further. Spruce has it all. They are easy to use, just fill the bottle with water and add the powder, clean incredibly well and smell wonderful. No nasty artificial smells like you get in some of the "eco friendly" products from the supermarket. Spruce smells of proper essential oils and I can't stop using the multi-surface cleaner all over the house :-) I'm equally impressed with the bathroom cleaner and the floor cleaner, which smells so beautiful even my husband commented on the nice smell. I'd been using a well-known eco floor cleaner for the last 20 years because I loved its smell so much but I'm now definitely converted and will change to Spruce. I can highly recommend this brand.

I love this product. I have the bathroom and general purpose spray, love the neutral design, fresh scents with no adverse issues, and great cleaning. Will definitely keep using. Best eco friendly refillable I’ve tried.
