Very disappointing
Very disappointing! 12 days after placing an order for a gift and after questioning where my order was, I was told of a dispatch issue. It would have been helpful to find out in time to reorganise the gift.

Excellent service. The quality, price, information given, and serive if fantastic. Their website is easy to navigate with plenty of products and a quick payment. Great item although I would have found some more detailed delivery information, particularly as I only ordered from one supplier.

Where possible, the delivery information is provided under the 'Delivery Information & Packaging' dropdown on the product listing. As we are an online marketplace, it is the brand who ships out the item directly and not us. We can obtain more detailed delivery information from the brand if requested by the customer. However, those items which take 3-5 working days tend to be shipped by Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class Standard post, so we would be unable to provide any tracking information. Kind regards, Ginny.

I ordered two candles from the same supplier in March but they never arrived. I’ve tried contacting wearth through the website for an update and also had no reply.

I purchased the Wearth loose food bags. I am very impressed with them and have had numerous positive comments about them. They are a good size for loose fruit and vegetables and also loaves of bread.

Excellent customer service
I ordered a few things from Wearth London recently. I had an issue with some of the interdental brushes I bought. This was rectified extremely quickly. The customer service throughout from Ginny was top notch. I would highly recommend using Wearth.
