The products are great and the customer service is fantastic. I’ve purchased many t-shirts from them using it as gifts or just t-shirts for me with great designs added. Would highly recommend.

Ordered for Father’s Day
Ordered for Father’s Day, received in a timely manner within the time frame stated in the companies communication emails- very happy with the quality of the product I ordered the signature moment sweater.
I reached out to the company via instagram a few times with some questions about my order and always got a reply in a good time frame. I appreciate this is a small business and I am happy to support it.
Look forward to ordering again :)

A gift that’s sure to impress
Ordered several T-shirts and sweatshirts for gifts, and they turned out great. Would definitely recommend adding the preview option to your order like I did. There were a number of things I wanted altered from the previews, and in the end I really liked the result. Be prepared that colors can vary slightly in the final product you receive compared to the previews, though. But overall an incredible gift that I would like to buy more of in the future!

Ordered sweaters for my husband and my wedding anniversary and it was perfect. The quality of the sweaters and embroidery were amazing. My husband loves the sweater! Delivery was prompt, great communication and I will definitely re-purchase from them.

The perfect present for someone who has everything! Arrived on time, excellent communication from the seller and fantastic detail in the embroidery - right down to my dog’s wonky ears! Recommend to all my friends as something different and will definitely be ordering again.

**They have sent me the preview and shipped it fast**
Ordered on 25.05, still no news though I have even paid to preview my tshirt. It says it should take 10 days to preview, it’s been 12 days with no news. I’ve messaged them and no reply yet.
Is this a scam?

Certainly not a scam Chloe. If you had taken the the time to read the auto reply to your email it would have advised previews are being sent slightly later than advised, I’d also like to point out that these are advised timelines and not guaranteed. We have auto replies set up answering most queries in order to speed up processing times. If your query is not answered in the auto reply, (again the auto reply does say this) please allow three working days for a reply. Let me know if you would like a refund and I’ll happily refund it for you. Scam, right?

Terrible Quality
Scott, I have written numerous times about the cap order. Please provide a return and refund as the stitching quality is very bad. I have written several emails and you have deemed it acceptable to ignore me.
If anyone else is thinking of using this supplier - don't! I have tried them 3 times now and been refunded twice... I believe in giving the little guy a chance but 3 is 2 too many.

Excellent Quality - great concept
I purchased several t shirts recently having seen the advertising in instagram.
The results were great and extremely touching when immortalising my father who passed last year with my favourite photo of us.
I have had great compliments from people and have sent them to the website!
I will also be back!

I am a fan!
I ordered a sweatshirt for my boyfriend for Valentine's Day. The initial design was actually more detailed than I expected, and the team was very responsive to any design change requests, questions etc. I thought I left it to last minute, 'risking it' with a brand I don't know but it arrived perfectly on time and the embroidery is amazing. Sweatshirt material is also really nice, not too thin. Fair to say I'll be back for more - it was a huge hit :)

Perfect gift for new parent
The embroidered work is outstanding, perfectly resembling the picture I sent. Hoodie is soft and made a lovely present for the hubby. Customer service was swift and helpful in resolving my query. I'm getting one of these for myself very soon!
