Such a beautiful gift for my husband for Father's Day. I teared up a little when I opened it. I also forgot to select the size of the t-shirt and they were easily able to change it before the started making it

I don’t often leave reviews, but I wanted to share that I bought this for my partner for his first Father’s Day and he absolutely LOVES it. Wore it for about a week and was devastated when I had to wash it!
The jumper is really good quality and the image was so nicely done. I paid extra for the preview and I do think it’s worth it even though I didn’t have to request any changes. Thank you!!

Ordered a t-shirt for my husband for Father's Day. I paid for a preview and submitted my response on the same day it was received. The auto-reply advised I'd hear back in 2 working days - I'd not heard back by the 4th working day so sent a follow up, to which I was advised that my email had been overlooked but they would sort it asap.

When the item arrived, it was very different to the preview I had received and the quality was really disappointing. I contacted the company the day it was received (15/06) but I'm yet to receive a resolution. I've continued to receive marketing emails asking for reviews etc., but no interest in sorting the issue.

Overall, it's a great idea but the quality and service don't deliver.

I got a sweatshirt for my husband from our daughter, for fathers day. He has worn it nearly every day since and absolutely loves it. It's a nice, tasteful way to celebrate the people we care about.

Quick delivery, really good quality t-shirt. But absolutely overjoyed with how the picture turned out on the top. It looks amazing. Shared the results with my friends and family and it made my partner happy on father's day. Really special unusual piece.

I ordered a hooded jumper with an image on it. I opted for the preview to make sure I liked how it looked before going ahead with the order. My order was accepted/confirmed and I was charged but then I heard nothing for about a week. I followed up asking where the design was as it was a present so the order was time sensitive despite me ordering it weeks in advance. The preview was fine - wrong shade of brown for hair colour of one figure but as the order was time sensitive I did not feel they would have been able to get the order to me had I asked them to change the colour hair on the design so I went ahead with what they had designed. I have now received my order and the quality is okay but not what I would expect given that I’ve spent over £50 on it and that was with a discount. If I spend over £50 on a hoodie, I’d expect it to be really nice, soft material and for the embroidery to be perfect. The writing I ordered for the sleeve isn’t what I’d call perfect but it’ll have to do now. Disappointed as it looks great online.

Great bespoke gift, the stitching is lovely and overall it feels premium.
Communication of the proof is super efficient and great to have direct contact with the design team to answer questions and to make sure the order is to your liking.
I ordered the wrong size and realised after check out but they were super quick and helpful with amending the order for me. Have recommend to a friend.

My initial reaction was honestly just “WOW this looks incredible” genuinely almost cried because the pic i used was very significant and to see how they had captured it in a jumper was so good and meant that i had another way to celebrate that memory captured.

I ordered a sweatshirt and it arrived 36 hours before I was giving it as a gift. There was an issue with an image and they replied the next morning, sent out a replacement and it arrived by the morning I was due to give it. Good service. The image still had some incorrect colouring, but it looked fine. I’d recommend leaving a note to them/emailing them clarifying the skin/hair colours you want if it’s unclear on the picture. It came out well though.

The designs don’t know how to do stubble. It outputs a full beard so it has no resemblance to the original photo. A real shame. Also, a preview of the design before production should be offered by default at no cost to all customers especially as you cannot offer refunds if customers are disappointed.

This is such a lovely idea. They were easy to liaise with about the picture and I paid extra for the preview which was really helpful and they changed what I’d asked immediately. The jumper turned up perfect and made my friend cry when she opened it. Thank you so so much, I will definitely buy from you again

The detail of the print is amazing. My husband utterly loved his birthday present. So I’ve ordered one T-shirt for myself too.
