They'd prefer to keep your money at all costs
I have no idea if their software even works. It was loaded on my old website so when I got some random charge, I started to dispute it but thought they would surely refund since it renewed and I no longer have a site to use it on. Nope, thier policy is to keep your money if it auto renews. Knowing full well people forget after a year (or more). Obviously not good enough to make enough money by making good products and having good customer service.

We value our users' feedback on our plugin and policies. To ensure transparency, our policy is clear and accessible, and users are expected to review it before subscribing. It is disheartening when a user leaves a negative review despite being aware of the renewal terms they agreed to.
We send at least three reminder emails before renewing any subscription—starting 15 days prior, with the last one sent 2-3 days before renewal. This ensures users are well-informed. Negative reviews after a renewal, especially after receiving the latest plugin, can be misleading and question the reviewer's intent.
In response to the review about unexpected charges and refund denial, our policy and notification process aim to provide clarity and ample opportunity for users to manage their subscriptions effectively.

They want us to write a 3500 word article and submit just for recruitment process. Not to mention it is not compensated. They selected a topic directly relevant to their niche and I'm pretty sure they are going to use the material on their website.

Do not provide refund
We initially wanted to place an order for the Webappick services, however, we contacted them to cancel our order and they did not answers and still charge the service. Once they answer, they told us that no refund can be done. Customer service is bad, now we lose our money for a service that we will not even use.

Purchased Woofeed Pro for my ecommerce store, I was previously paying a monthly fee for a feed optimisation service, but found that I could do the vast majority of feed optimisation on my site.
Tried several feed generators for Woocommerce and this is the best.
