Great plugin with good support when things go wrong

I found this tool on wordpress and installed in the website for a organisation (NGO) that offeres room for events and it works perfectly for them. They are really happy with this plugin. Thank you for creating Plugin that would be so useful for NGOs and SMEs or sole-preneur. It is easy to use in other languages as well (we used in German). I highly recommend you to try!

I am very happy to find webba booking. Their plugin is awesome, even in free version. I had a problem someday with adding services and help was so fast, this is incredible. I really recommend this company.

Esperienza buonissima, nonostante i limiti che attualmente ha questo promettente plugin (a causa sicuramente di una varietà di offerta che prevedono i miei servizi). Ho avuto il piacere di avere un supporto eccezionale di assistenza: veloce e competente perciò metto 4 stelle solo perché per me manca ancora di ottimizzazione in alcune impostazioni ma è davvero semplice da utilizzare.

I've tried almost all the other booking plugins and I have kept this one as it is the best one for my needs. It is easy to set up, and I needed some personal modifications on the appearance and customer support was very helpful. I totally recommend the Webba Booking!

Tuve un problema en la instalación de la versión pro del plugin, el fallo fue por parte de mi hosting y el equipo de soporte de mi servicio de hosting no lograron resolverlo y decidieron delegarme la responsabilidad. Por ello pedí ayuda al equipo de WEBBA y en un principio no pudieron solucionarlo pero en vez de rendirse me solicitaron un poco mas de información para volver a intentarlo y finalmente lograron resolver mi problema.

They have resolved my questions patiently and and with all the knowledge.

First of all, if you don't want to strip down a semitruck because you need to carry groceries from the market, Webba Booking is for you. That's not to say that it won't cover highly advanced needs as well, but after testing probably 15-20 plugins for a easy to use, customizable and flexible booking plugin, I don't need to look any further.

But the real star is the support. It's really fast, and Mandro really put in the effort to solve my problems. All this for a free plugin. I have not encountered this level of support, even for paid plugins, though it probably exists. Can't recommend enough.

I first just want to say that the customer service was truly fantastic and Ivan, really did go above and beyond in resolving the issue we had with the plugin. He was very knowledgeable and accessible. The product is great and we love it.

I have currently 81 emails between me and customer support, because of things not working. I'm not super tech savvy, so I'm sure some of it was my fault and could be better if you know more than I do. The customer support is super responsive and put in a lot of time with me, but I've run two websites and never had to contact customer support at all before. Two stars because they really try to go above and beyond, but bottom line: I just don't need to use a plugin that makes me have to send/read 81 customer support emails.

Its perfect if you have basically no budget and no time, because it JUST WORKS

Excellent support service. Support is extremely knowledgeable and queries are answered quickly. The plugin is as it says very flexible, very powerful and simple to use for customers. Timeslots with capacities, that can vary based on each timeslot, manual overrides etc. I searched for a booking system that integrated with Woocommerce with these criteria for large hotels and landed on Webba. I have confidence in the code, know support will be there to help if advice or even custom development is further needed. 10/10 so thank you.

Really good product, but not easy to understand alone. I got a lot of help from the customer service and now it works really, really good. :-)
