I have a rescue adult dog age 3 yrs , with sensitive tummy.
one of these days he ran out of his usual food, so i went to wilko to buy a small pack .
reason I chose are :
1- recyclable packaging for any quantity.
2- on the pack says is sensitive tummy
3 - when i opened the pack at home , kibble is small size,for the breed he is .
2 days later i realize he really love this new food, So i went on their own site to order the large bag of 15 kg
4- quality vs price, is worth it, is like £ 2/per kg
Conclusion :
for awhile our Podenco ( whippet type dog) will have this.

My cat is 16 and most wet cat food upsets his stomach or he won’t touch. Don’t know what it is about Webbox but he loves it. Only downside is the 11+ is rare to find in the shops. Hopefully this could be made more easily accessible.

I had a discount code so bought 4 lots x 17 packs of lick e lix liver. Every single one has gone off despite being dated July 2023.
£90 wasted. Absolutely outrageous.

We purchased a dog advent calendar, on day 2 the window was empty, we took the insert out and found that several windows had nothing in and a few others had bits of chocolate treat in, I contacted the company, the auto reply said that they would try to reply within 10 working days, after 17 days I messaged again, I received a reply straight away, I replied to this on the 19th of December and have had no further contact from them, this is part of Pet's choice

Neither cat will go near the wet food supplied in green boxes, but decided to try the webbox cat stars for xmas.
Well these are so thick and hard my 2 year old cat nearly broke his teeth and choked to death when he ate a few mixed in with his normal biscuit. I quickly removed them, tried biting some into smaller pieces but this leaves hard sharp edges. Neither cat would go near them and i consider these very dangerous and not suitable for cats. Tasted horrible when i bit them and not atall meaty either. Cat stars should be recalled before they cause an injury.. make them thinner webbox!

Thankfully my cats love this stuff. It's great if you have to give them tablets of any description. Just crush the tablets, mix it with some Lick-E-Lix and it all disappears in seconds! I've never ordered it online, so can't review their service in that respect, but I'll definitely be buying it in-store regularly!

3rd time within 12 months I have found one of the sticks in their tasty yoghurt treats that has been so puffed up it is about to burst. Expiry date is 17/9/23 so well within. I have written to them but like many other comments on this site, have never had any response. They don't monitor Trustpilot so I know they won't pick this up but I am writing this review to flag to other customers. From the number of reviews that I have read that state similar experiences or bad packaging or putrid products & pets being unwell is there a potential health hazard to animals here? If it was human beings then the Food Standards Agency would surely be involved & want to investigate. I am really surprised that Pet Choice Ltd/Weebox don't want to follow up & see if there is a processing problem.

My cat didn’t eat it, so I requested a refund as they state clearly “100% satisfaction guarantee”.

Customer service asked me to do a list of things for a refund, (like photos of receipt & the box) which I just about managed. But now they’ve asked me to do another long list of things, including writing a hand written letter longer than 15 words & returning the box of cat food.
It’d cost more to send the cat food to them than the refund.
So the 100% refund guarantee is utter nonsense & obviously they’re making it as hard & pointless as possible to make it happen. Thanks for nowt Webbox. 👌🏻

Bought cat sticks that although in date were obviously stinking and dried out despite been packaged in individual sticks. Never purchase these products ... trying to make a complaint on their website is also despicable

Purchased a large order of the Webbox mixed kitten food, which i will add is the ONLY option for kitten food on the website. We checked the order over as it was a large order to make sure it was correct. Order arrived and it was all fish flavour....bit miffed when we ordered the mixed selection, and which was the only choice like I've already stated. Then the day after opening the box and feeding the 10 week old kittems, we seen the food was all adult food. We contacted the company who stated the only option was to return the food at our own cost. Even having explained the steps we took and that there was only ONE kitten food option. They put us over to cuatomer relations who are absolutely not worth the time dealing with. All Michael did was state terms and conditions. They do not listen to what your actual problem is and try to find a way round the issue. As we live near to the company we suggested we returned the food, labelled with the return labels, instead of having to pay out a large return fee for something that went technically wrong their end but we were categorically told the return wouldn't be accepted and no refund would be given. When in reality, that is all a courier would do. Will not be ordering from their incompetent basic website again. It's not reliable at all, plus we don't want to have to deal with their robotic 'customer service' staff if something was to go wrong again.

Absolutely disgusted with this company my dog is still recovering from food poisoning loss of weight sickness ect I purchased the chubb roll at the Yorkshire trading company in Alnwick where I live who forwarded it to webbox I have photographs of the food which was out of date and dated for 2015 it was vile and leaking from its packinging weeks after it was reported it was still on display for sale as I say I have photographs and proof of purchase webbox are now not returning my emails I have had to take my dog regularly lately to check up on him iam absolutely fed up with them at first they offered me vouchers to the value of ten pounds which I obviously took as an insult Paul York

I bought senior age 7 plus pouches which were not sealed properly and several were off and had to be binned. I wrote to webbox twice and never got a reply.
My cat is 18 and has allergies however since eating webbox they have all cleared up and he has never looked so healthy.
It’s unfortunate the food is great but poor packaging and worse customer service.

Costs more to buy a full box of dog chews direct from them then it dose to buy them in the supermarket how dose that make sense

Switched kitten over to the webbox kitten food and he loves it. Always finishes his food off now and he has gained weight and his fur looks much healthier since switching from whiskas. He doesnt get upset stomachs anymore either. One had a bad pouch and webbox was so quick to respond and replace I can't fault them at all.

Terrible customer service. They sent me a discount code which didn't work so I got in touch with their customer service department to let them know. Michael from Webbox responded and said he would pass on to the relevant department but despite several emails from me in the following weeks to chase they couldn't/wouldn't offer a solution. Why send out a discount code that doesn't work? It should have been a really simple fix. Frustratingly after my email they even sent out a reminder email saying 'Don't forget your discount'...which still didn't work.

I have regularly ordered from Webbox without any previous issues but the really poor customer service and disregard of my emails has been disappointing so our dogs will be going back on Wainwrights again.

I have also had a problem with exploding sachets and sickening odour - order boxes to stock up over Christmas which will now go to waste. Some sachets had "exploded" when delivered but other sachets later expanded.The smell was sickening.

I have a very fussy and elderly abyssinian.
She has "squishy" food once or twice a week as a treat - other-times biscuits to make her use her teeth.
Bought this, a mixed box, in a local shop - can't recall which, and she loves it! Turns up her nose at more famous brands..loves Lidl's own! Strange cat.
Can't comment about the ingredients, preservatives etc, but she's getting on, and a little of what you fancy...

My cat Bushka has been eating webbox cat sticks for years. Bushka loves them I been scrunchin the packet years b4 i ever saw the dreamies advert. She comes running, chicken is her favourite and nothing else will do. Succulent meaty sticks for my baby. 5 stars all the way too the best treats in town. Approved by my cat Bushka 🐈 😻

This cat food is absolute trash. Dont buy it. The treats aren't too bad, but the big boxes of Webbox wet cat food is absolute trash, not even my fat cat is interested. waste of money
