Webbox Pet Food Avis 92

Purchased a box of Webbox cat food pouches which had burst and had maggots in the box. Reported via their website....no response. Reported a few weeks later via Facebook...response to someone with a different name a few days later asking for more details which have been immediately provided. Have had no response. Awful customer service.

Purchased a pack of 3 Webbox stuffed rolls (chews for dogs). All looked OK, until the centre got wet and is now bright green!!! Is this right?

What terrible customer service,they sent me a discount code which I tried to use on their site,but when I entered code it told me code didn’t exist?,I emailed back to report this and they replied days later apologising and would forward it to appropriate department,I have heard nothing!,if they encourage you to shop on their site customer service should be much better!!

I know this is a cheap brand so I only buy suitable treats and chews for the dogs, and dry food for the foxes and hedgehogs when I can't find anything better in the shops. However there is a treat that my elderly JRT loves and as she is 16yr and has cancer in her mouth and elsewhere, I am happy to give them to her once in a while. I decided to try a different flavour and was appalled when I opened the bag as every treat was green and mouldy. I have emailed Webbox three times, sending clear photos, but they haven't even bothered to reply. Disappointing and dreadful customer service. I guess I shouldn't be surprised, but I won't be buying anything else from this brand. My local retailer, a large high street chain, who always had a good supply of their products has just stopped selling them entirely. Maybe that should tell me something!

Submitted an ingredient request webform on the 13/05. After a ridiculous amount of (provable) chasing up and ignored emails, finally got the information I requested on the 05/07 via email.

A full 53 days after the original request.

There are some pretty toxic preservatives in use in the pet food industry, hence my request, as I wish to avoid these like the plague.

I was offered the goodwill gesture of a variety of products in that same 05/07 email, which I acknowledged and accepted. My address details were sent to facilitate delivery.

Since then I have had to call them and pursue this further via webform and email, as my requests for delivery clarification have been ignored.

I am perplexed about them needing my phone number?? (provided) which is rather odd as I had already offered all of the details needed for delivery.

So now Pet's Choice have my address, phone number and email address, and there is still silence.

Bought online Webbox Rainbow Pellets Floating KOI CARP & All Pond Fish Food 10/20/30kg. Just have not remembered long time ago when I bought it the first time the fish never liked it and ate it with long teeth and never had to use much and had to mix it with other makes of food. The funny part is looks like the fish remembered it and will not eat it at all and the next day I got to fish it out for my chickens. The pellets swell up double in size so only fish around 60cm can manage but they won't touch it at all.

I tried it myself and soggy bread got more flavour. The two colours make no difference at all and after a little while they look beige in anyhow. I spent £54.00 for nothing.
Floating sticks are always better for all fish round.

Got lick e lix pouches for my cat, had so many boxes that were absolutely putrid and gone off. The pouches had blown up with air and were defo I rely not safe to give to my cat. I contacted them twice via their website...no response. I called them and was told someone would call me back....no response. I left a message on Facebook.....no response. Please read their reviews on Facebook and see for yourself. Disgusting company with non existent customer service.

I can't believe how much savings I just saved on my chub.my dog is so fussy and I also treated my baby and his furry friends to festive bits too.you should have a look.i got told a discount code I saved 20 percent 10 pounds off so I was a happy customer. 15 chub for 7.60 you can't go wrong free delivery too has I got 40 pounds worth.you should have a look they have got some good bits in there.maybe they should think about adding more???.But I'm still happy what I got and I'm very grateful
