The whole process was easy to go through, from the initial offer over the internet to the in-person negotiation. My final sale price was lower than the initial but the reasons for offering less were clear, and the negotiation was acceptable.

good to deal with no pressure

Stephan did a thorough check over on my car. Started with a base quote then once the car is inspected, points are deducted for any type of defects. Then you are given a price. It's up to you if you want to go through with the deal and you are given a few days to decide. No pressure or obligation
