The service was excellent with the arrangements being straightforward with a booking to suit us both. Engineer was pleasant and on time and kept me informed of his arrival progress through the day. Stairlift removed quickly and efficiently. The only disappointment is the value of the stairlift, but I guess some money is better than no money. Stannah wouldn't give us anything for it as it was over two years even though it hadn't been used.

From start to finish staff always kept in touch through email and txt. Very surprised how quick they arranged to collect and I couldn’t make it so agreed to wait till engineer in area again.
