Danny, was very efficient and knew what he was doing. You wouldn't know that there was a stair lift on the stairs.
He was also very polite and happy in his job.
Would welcome to anyone who wants a stair lift removed.

Everything went to plan
Everything went to plan. The engineer arrived on time and quickly got on with the job of removing the stairlift. The engineer was polite, friendly and well turned out. He was very efficient and had the stairlift removed quickly and with no mess.

Very satisfied. A great service. Easy arrangement, prompt arrival and very polite staff, on the phone, and then the engineer who came to perform the de-installation. Two stairlifts removed quickly and easily. Perfect.

Amazing Service
Great communication from Polly in the office throughout , and the stairlift removal was done by a lovely man from the Leeds area (unfortunately I don’t remember his name) who had travelled south that morning.
All in all an excellent experience
