EXCEPTIONAL and EXCELLENT service. I would TOTALLY recommend Wecareremovals. I used them for dismantling a really big garden treehouse with a jungle gym and reassembly. The move was smooth, the guys were so polite and ensured that I was a totally happy and satisfied customer before leaving. I have certainly found my removals company for life! Highly highly recommend.

We used We-Care to get our stuff moved from London to Berlin---dismantled and reassembled lots of furniture, packed a million books, etc.

The guys were super fast, super strong, super professional and very friendly.

Totally recommended!

This company moved us from Sandbach Cheshire to Cornwall on the 18th January and I could not fault their service. The crew were very hard working, polite cheerful and nothing was too much trouble for them, even though the weather was atrocious! The cost was most reasonable and I would recommend them to anyone contemplating a house move. I would add that this firm kept our booking open even though we did not exchange contracts until 4pm on the 17th!

The 2 movers were super professional, calm, nice and knew what they were doing. They called 30 minutes before the assigned time to confirm their arrival and were as punctual as possible.

They were able to disassemble and assemble 4 big furniture items and take them from 4 flights of stairs down and then 2 flights of stairs up.

The whole move took only 4 hours, including 30 minutes to go across the city.

I will definitely reuse the service!

Would thoroughly recommend this company. They moved us on Monday - did everything they could to get as much on the van as possible on both trips. Loaded and unloaded with great care - nothing broken. Put everything where they were asked, despite the stairs being awkward. Polite, professional and absolutely outstanding service.

Without a doubt - use this company!
Packed up my two bedroom house in 1 van in 1.5hrs - went to the next house and encountered problems with getting into the property due to the previous owners hadn't vacated. WeCare left my belongings in the garage and came back after their next job to help me lift the heavy items into the rooms I needed. Quick and efficient. Highly recommend!

Had a time slot booked and agreed for the removal of my flat.

2 hours before the removal should have taken place, they told me that their removal team would be late by 1 hour then by one more hour.

Over 2 hours delay minimum!

Their removal team was in Luton when they called me and my removal should have happened in South Norwood!

This is not professional ! They took my deposit and agreed a time slot they did not fulfill.

We decided not to wait and managed to hire in urgency another removal company who did the job swiftly. We had to pay a premium for that.

So based on my experience I do not recommend this company. I have lost money as a result of their lack of organisation in this instance.

Fantastic, the guys worked really hard in moving me, especially as i did throw a few curve balls, a few items i forgot to mention and a little tricky getting some things in and out.

I was so weary, the price was so good, i thought it must be too good and that my possessions would never be seen again, you seen the stories in the tabloids. So i wanted to leave a note for anyone thinking is this too good to be legit - It is absolutely they are genuine, don't worry., the guys were polite hard working, everything you could want from this price point. I also agree with previous reviews, the communication from the office was 5* fro day 1
