Used this broker for car finance
They found me a car and a lender. They told me they had a really good relationship with the dealership. They told me I was going to be having a Hire purchase agreement. Karan was the guy that helped me out.
I’ve had the car for just over a month now. Karan, who dealt with my application, specifically told me during a phone call that the finance agreement would be a Hire Purchase agreement. I have since discovered that the agreement I actually entered into was not Hire Purchase.
I’ve had nothing but issues with the car (i currently have a complaint in with my lender as the car is undriveable.
Spoke with Xavier in complaints just to be shouted at. When I shouted back he banned me from calling and said I’m only allowed to email. But then doesn’t reply to emails.
I made a massive mistake using this company.
I’ve had a few stress related medical episodes due to this company. Don’t use them it’s not worth the stress
Also the girl I spoke to I think her name was Chloe the last time I called told me she was going to message me. She also said Xavier would email me. Which never happened.
I found Xavier’s handling of my complaint extremely unprofessional, particularly being told I could no longer call after the conversation became heated, while subsequently receiving no response to my emails.
Apparently Xavier is the complaints manager so good luck to anyone that has any issues.
Just thought I would edit this as I’m also paying them for 3 years of warranty that is pointless because the car is unusable.
My point is they are fine untill there is an issue. Don’t write your review the day you get your finance like they make you do. Wait a month until you know what they are really like.

Got a bad car
I applied for an finance car , and I approved and they suggested me few cars and I chosen one , everything through online and phone calls , I signed the agreement because I trusted them , and I got the car and ,next day it’s broken down and dealership team fixed it next day and I’m appreciating that , but next month it’s broken again , and I was stuck on a road side , couldn’t go to work took taxi to home , I know they are not selling the cars but nobody don’t take the car they are suggesting through their website . Their car dealership teams giving the bad cars , and now I got £8450 finance on my head, they will fix the car again but is it reliable anymore ?
