Finance completed, but I had to resolve the main problem
The finance was completed in the end, and communication from We Finance Any Car was frequent throughout.
However, when the lender stopped the payout, I did not feel that my circumstances were properly explained or challenged on my behalf. I had to contact the lender’s underwriting team directly, explain why the vehicle was essential for my disabled son and my employment, and ask them personally to reconsider.
That direct email is what finally changed the decision and allowed the finance to proceed. I appreciate the communication and the successful outcome, but I had to carry out most of the important work myself at the most difficult stage.
A positive result in the end, but the support should have gone beyond repeatedly asking me to complete checks and documents.

Great experience with Saki
I had a great experience with Saki at We Finance Any Car throughout my car finance process. He was honest from start to finish and always told me things exactly as they were, even when the process became a bit complicated. He was quick to respond, always willing to help, and made sure everything was sorted until the very end.
What really stood out was that he even checked in after I had collected the car to make sure everything was okay and in order. We definitely need more people like Saki in this industry. Thank you, Saki!
