Very fast
The apr wasn’t great there was better competition but the customer service and speed of which the finance was dealt with was next to none and that’s why I went with them because in the space of one call the car was financed. Other lenders/brokers just don’t work at that speed.

Do not use this Company at all
I strongly advise to avoid this company. In my experience, they have sided with the dealer, National Car Hub, who sold me a faulty vehicle.
I rejected the car because of the faults and have been without a vehicle since the end of June. Despite this, I feel they are doing everything possible to deny responsibility and are continuing to push for me to take the faulty car back, which I have made clear I will not accept.
The person handling my case, Xavier Barrett, was rude to me on the phone previously, and I have found the tone and handling of his emails very disappointing. Rather than dealing fairly with my concerns, I feel the company has consistently supported the dealer's position.
This situation has caused me significant inconvenience, financial loss and stress, particularly as I have been left without a car for weeks. Based on my experience, I would not recommend using this company at all

Fantastic service and a genuinely personal approach
After being badly let down by a competitor a few months ago (receiving a stolen car from recommended dealer and what felt like a predatory finance deal) I was particularly impressed by how smooth and professional the experience was this time.
Luke, who contacted me, made the whole process quick and straightforward. After listening to my requirements, he helped me find a fantastic car that is genuinely like new. The finance deal he found for me was also miles better than anything the competition had offered. A big plus for the personal approach and great sense of humour. 5 stars from me!
