They don’t pick up phone calls, they barely reply to emails, they charge you loads of stuff with no explanation and expect you to pay it immediately, they close lines early it’s meant to be 9-6 if you... Voir plus

I asked for a manager call back regarding an issue with a couple of PCNs. Ash called me, he quickly understood the problem and resolved the same day. He then called me back to confirm that the issue is resolved. That's what I call a true customer service. Ash is a good listener and is definitely a strong asset to the company. Ash you made my day... Thank you for resolving the issue so quickly.

Hi, Emmanuel The company called WeFlex are so wicked company with wicked staff trying to explore consumer their money I started rent to buy business with them 2023 with a car Kiv Niro which isn't full function so I called for cancellation and the useless staff called Weflex canvas me for another car toyota BZ4X ofwhich I told him i want full spare car because the Kiv Niro i cancelled was that the no steering heater on the car and no auto boots so I wanted full specs car and we agreed but to my surprise he Weflex brought Toyota BZ4X LL74FKO that don't have all what I agreed with him on December 2024 and told him Weflex this not what we agreed on and he sod sorry the car is already on your name that nothing he can do if not I for go my deposit so I accept the Toyota car again without what I needed on the car 1yrs later I called to cancelled the rent to buy and they started to robbed me by taking pictures of the car Bz4x that have used for a year fulling paid till date that I needed to pay £1300 and said nothing wrong with this car no dent no cracked but the staff taken pictures of herself on the pictures and said I we never pay any money to WeFlex company for trying to explore money out of me and if they think I own them WeFlex company they can process to court and me welfex are the most useless person have ever seen in my life after paying over £30,000 with them they still want to robbed me again people needed to be careful to do business with welfex because they find all ways to micked you your money with all means I have many colleagues they done almost the same thing to no money for you again because have till last date of our contract final payment
1 I booked KIA Niro myself on phone which I never knew it wasn’t fully functional that why I cancelled contract that why one your Weflex staff canvas me for another BZ4X Toyota which I told him the what I needed from the Toyota BZ4X which Full functional which we agreed but to my surprise Weflex staff called me for collection day which I I disagreed but the staff said sorry that the name is already on my name that why agreed
2 I called for cancellation for Toyota BZ4X and Weflex started play game saying they charged me £1300 and I said No way because the Car Toyota BZ4X is with no dent , no srack, no damage so I have no money to pay again because have paid for the car till last day and like said if you think I owned you take me to court then we start from there

My experience at WeFlex was great thanks to the professional and helpful staff. I usually handle things over the phone or email, which can sometimes be challenging, but coming into the office made a big difference.
In particular, Sneha at the reception was outstanding. She was courteous, professional, and went above and beyond to help me with an ongoing issue I was having with the Uber platform after uploading my documents and new insurance. She patiently worked through the problem with me, even contacting Uber on my behalf, which I truly appreciated.
I was also assisted by a gentleman from the payment department possibly named Amir who was very professional and helpful too.
Overall, the service was excellent. Sneha deserves five stars for her dedication and support. I left feeling very satisfied. Thank you.

All most everything (excluding the payment because this is the more important part for them. . . Calls messages email just a “friendly reminder”

Thanks to Ahmed and Ash I now have a replacement car to carry on working. Nobody knows when a collision will happen, but we do need the backup in times of need. This Weflex provides for all TfL licenced drivers that are contracted with Weflex.
