Sehr geehrter Herr Baule,

nachdem Sie mich über Wochen mit meiner Bestellung vertröstet haben, welche schlussendlich gar nicht mehr lieferbar war, haben Sie mir ein „Probierpaket“ anderer Weine zukommen lassen.

Bedauerlicherweise, mussten wir alle diese Weine in den Abfluss gießen, da die Weine durch die Bank gekippt waren. Nicht eine der Flaschen war noch genießbar.

Dies ist der schlechteste Kundenservice den ich je erlebt habe! Sie können die bestellte und bezahlte Leistung nicht bringen und schicken mir als Entschuldigung eine Kiste alter Weine die in den Abfluss gehören!?

Nach diesem unverschämten Umgang mit mir als Kunden werde ich definitiv nie wieder etwas bei Ihnen bestellen und auch jedem der mich fragt davon abraten!

this company is real scam i made an order on there website and did the correct payment like the website let me do. these wines were for a dinner with the south african ambassador in a michelin star restaurant. i did not received anything and made a phoncall to weinbaule. an arrogant and real stupid wife did not know anything about the order and the only thing she always was yelling like a crazy cow was ‘there is no order and no money’ i needed to proof myself that i was not a liar tio her with screenshots of my bankpayment and my orderform. no respons at all… i called back after a week, still she was yelling to me that i did not payed and there was no order. mister Martin was on holiday and he is the only person that can see the payments she told me…???? i wanted to speak to him, absolute impossible… an order between 600 and 700 euro without any cusommerservice, just a crazy yelling cow… no respons on other telephones or mails from me. and then she sended me a mail that my order was sended en returned back to weinbaule…??? how can that ifi am the liar who did not made an order and did not payed??? now again some mails without any answer from them. i went to the police and my bank to start a scam procedure to have this website away from the internet to protect other persons from this crimeorganisation. also took a lawyer to have my money back. i will fight against this arrogant company even if it will cost me my last eurocent. this has to stop!!!!!

I ordered a case of wine, and the funds were deducted from my account. I then received an email telling me they only had 10 bottles - I nominated a substitute. Since then I've heard nothing. Emails and phone calls are ignored. Looks like I'm going to have to get a refund from the credit card company. Don't waste your money and time dealing with these people.

Meine Bestellung vom Weingut Mimosa tauchte nie auf?, neue Bestellung gegen Vorkasse.Wieder gingen Tage ins Land.Nachdem ich erneut anrufen musste, war erstmal keine Überweisung da,dann aber doch, aber ein Wein sei nicht verfügbar. Auf meine Frage hin, warum ich keine Benachrichtigung erhalten habe, kam nur : hätte, hätte Fahrradkette!! Versteht man das unter freundlicher Kundenbetreuung?
Fazit für mich: nie wieder Weinbaule Frankfurt

In Südafrika bei Weinprobe im Mimosa Weingut 23er Chardonnay probiert und bestellt. Geliefert wurde völlig überlagerter 2019er Chardonnay. Nie wieder !

Having read some reviews i was worried as i ordered a range of wines (9 different types) - however the Order/ delivery was spot on, and arrived in good time for Christmas.

Ze hebben goede prijzen en verzending naar België die gratis is vanaf €150 (vroeger 100).
Er is maar 1 probleem (sommige wijnen die je kan bestellen zijn er niet en dan worden ze zonder bericht vervangen door andere) Of ze verwittigen dat er 1 niet is en ze vervangen er 2.... Mss ervoor zorgen dat julie stock overeenkomt met de webshop. Dit bespaart veel frustratie bij de kopers

Die erste Bestellung verlief reibungslos, die zweite nicht. Bei dieser hatte ich verschiedene Produkte bestellt und dann per Vorkasse bezahlt. Danach geschah dann nichts mehr. Auf Nachfrage hieß es dann, ein Produkt sei derzeit nicht lieferbar (im Onlineshop stand nichts davon!), ich könne jedoch die Waren auch ohne dieses Produkt erhalten. Das wollte ich dann auch, und die Ware kam dann auch. Auf die zuviel bezahlten Euros warte ich seither selbst nach Nachfrage vergeblich.
Fazit: Nie wieder!

My worst experience with a wine dealer. He advertises non-existent wine on his website, sends someone completely different wine and refuses to pay for returns.

Ik wacht nu al ruim een maand op mijn 6 flessen wijn. Geen mail ontvangen en heb via telefoon, mail, Facebook en eigen chat geprobeerd contact te krijgen…. Na betalen nooit meer iets van gehoord. Hoop dat ik de flessen zsm krijg.

Mega Auswahl! Die Probierpakete sind sehr spannend. Immer wieder neue Schätze gefunden.

This company does not what they promise I would never buy there anymore

Great prices & quick delivery to France but the tracking link didn't work on my order so I was lucky to be at home when the delivery arrived!

Placed an order on Sunday 31st October, wrote to them the following Monday to inquire about the further delivery process. On Tuesday I received information from Yvonne that the package would be sent the following day, and on Friday 4th November I received my package. Ordering, communication and delivery went exactly according to plan. Would not hesitate to order from them again, despite their slightly dated website look. 😊

Wine shipped to Ireland. Good prices and reasonable delivery time. Pleased with service and selection available. Would recommend to a friend.

Gestern bestellt, heute schon angeliefert. Der Shop ist nicht der bedienerfreundlichste, aber ich war begeistert vom Angebot!

Not surprised to read these negative comments, I ordered 3 bottles of purple Angel in December 2021, as of 08/03/2022 still not received, DHL Issue who with Weinbaule won’t accept responsibility!! Yvonne from Weinbaule is most unhelpful! €250 down the drain , avoid this company at all costs

Bought and paid for a delivery of 6 bottles of wine which were never received by the recipient. Despite numerous requests, Weinbaule refused to resupply or credit! Credit finally received after they read my review of them, many months after the fact.

Very bad company to deal with. Good selection of wine at decent prices but stock availability is a big issue. They don't notify you about this, they just tell you it is an issue when you contact them looking for an update on your order once it hasn't appeared on time. They will often tell you payment has been taken, send you a confirmation of your order then weeks later call you saying the payment failed(even though the account has plenty of funds)

Dreadful to deal with. Sent the wrong wine which took weeks to arrive( Brexit came as a surprise!!), non existent customer service, kept saying “wine on the way”, no-one seems to know what they are doing.
Eventually dealt with senior management, rude, arrogant, unhelpful. Charged German VAT, had to pay UK Vat. Requested refund of German VAT, no reply.
Absolutely dreadful
