Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. I contacted Welly Warehouse after placing my order to ask if the delivery date could be brought forward, fully expecting it to be my fault for ordering the wellies too late. The team were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond by upgrading the order to next day delivery, which meant they arrived exactly when I needed them.
Great communication, prompt service, and a genuinely customer focused approach. I'll definitely use Welly Warehouse again and would highly recommend them to others.

I had a problem with my Chameau…
I had a problem with my Chameau wellies, as water started leaking into my boots. To be fair, I had had them for quite a while, but they were still just within the warranty period.
I contacted Welly Warehouse to see if they could be repaired or exchanged, and Emma was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. She helped me complete my claim, and within just a week I had received a brand-new pair of boots.
Everything went very smoothly, and Emma even arranged a special size of wellie for me, which fits perfectly.
Thank you so much again, Emma! I really appreciate your excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend Welly Warehouse to everyone looking for a pair of wellies — they are amazing!

Excellent service.
An easy to use website, with lots of choice. I picked a pair of boots with a discounted price, so an added bonus. The delivery service was quick with notifications for every step. An excellent example of how an effective and efficient website and company should be. Very happy customer. Have already recommended the Welly Wearhouse to friends. Definitely will be using again when the time comes for a replacement pair of boots.
