THE BEST Welly Supplier
It would never occur to me to buy my wellies anywhere else. The website and choice are great, payment is easy and they arrive super-fast and well-packaged. I wear my wellies nearly every day, so I'm an expert!

Just what I had hoped would be “invented”
It arrived really quickly and was better than I hoped, no more wet trousers when I walk the dogs in the rain! I’m also going to be impossible to miss as the colours are so “vibrant” I have had a long dry robe in the past, but it made me far too hot so I really wanted something as long but without an interior lining. Then I found this! The fact that I can put it in my bag is a bonus as it’s not too large when it’s folded up - the packaging (or sac) reminds me of a very small sleeping bag when it’s all folded up. I just need one for my dogs now! It was a great price as I got it in the sale - on the more expensive side otherwise.

Thank you so much for your lovely feedback! We're so pleased to hear the coat was exactly what you were hoping for and that it's keeping you dry on your rainy dog walks. It's great to know you like the lightweight design and that it packs away so easily too.
We love your suggestion about one for the dogs! It's definitely something we've had a few people ask about. We don't have any dog versions available at the moment, but we may be get them in the future, so please do keep an eye on our website for any updates.
Thanks again for taking the time to share your experience, and we hope you continue to enjoy your coat!

I'd use again
Order made & delivered within a few days. Reading the reviews gave a cause for worry, but my experience with Welly Warehouse has been a positive one.
Only down side was the carrier that dropped the parcel over the gate but visible to passers by.
Option to deliver to a Post Office or Pick up point would have been appreciated.
In response to your reply, though NOT A PROBLEM OF YOUR MAKING, I have the Royal Mail app and a safe place set, but the app is poor. Options for delivery are only possible on the app when the parcel is at the local depot ready for delivery. I've had parcels delivered to home, (thrown over the side gate), when the app says they're still waiting for the parcel to be received at the depot, so no in app delivery options available at that stage. That is why I stated an option at purchase for delivery to a Post Office or pick up point is preferable to me.
Your Trustpilot rating is very good & I'm pleased with your service, but having been caught out online once, I always check various review sites and low score reviews to inform me of who I'm dealing with.

Thank you for your review. We're delighted to hear that your order was delivered within a few days and that your experience with Welly Warehouse was a positive one.
We're also pleased to reassure customers that we currently maintain an excellent review score of 4.9 out of 5 based on 5,420 reviews, so there is certainly no need for concern when shopping with us.
We're sorry to hear about the way your parcel was left. While delivery decisions are ultimately made by the carrier, Royal Mail does provide customers with the option to add delivery instructions through the tracking link, including nominating a safe place or a neighbour to receive the parcel if preferred.
We hope you shop with us again soon.
