Pre lit Cyprus fir
The web site is really easy to use, with lots of choice. The tree took a little longer to arrive than I expected but it didn’t matter because it’s for Christmas 2026. Tree arrived very well packaged with no damage. Unpacked it, put it together and connected the lights. So straight forward. It looks even better than I imagined. Can’t wait to decorate it for next Christmas. I would definitely recommend the cake many and the product.

Only giving 1 star as impossible to give zero. Customer Service non existent despite emailing numerous times - automated reply but nothing g else. Order arrived with missing part and so could not be used. No paperwork/documentation for returning the order. Very prompt om taking the money out of my bank account though - not sure that's a positive given that their product was useless - literally
