Chloe was very knowledgeable and put me at ease with her friendly, approachable demeanour even when I kept ‘butting in’ asking her to repeat/explain things again for my own clarity. She explained the different options available to me (final&average salary) and how retiring earlier would affect my pension and also gave me a little insight into other options available to me.

Karen made me feel very at ease from the word go. I had a very complete and thorough Financial review. Karen gave me understandable explanations of what I need to focus on for my financial situation and how Wesleyan can and does assist me with market decisions made. We even discussed ethics regarding companies Wesleyan invests in which I raised, and concerns we all have regarding the war in the east. I very much hope to be able to have my annual review next year with Karen.

This gentleman was polite, knowledgeable and provided concise information. There was no time-wasting, no attempt to "sell" a service by making any information any more difficult to understand. He was clear the initial call was free and clear what subsequent contact would cost and what the service would provide. Even though he could have made money by "advising" me to book a further session with himself, he was clear that he did not think I needed this. He gained my trust and respect.

I've just remortgaged with Wesleyan. The service from Ifty Bhatti was great from start to finish and they took the hassle out of the process. There were a few hurdles to overcome in terms of tight timescales and mortgage provider system issues but Ifty ensured this was resolved on time and I got the desired outcome. I will definitely trust Wesleyan to carry out my future reviews.
