Cannot recommend Wesleyan enough for medical professionals. In particular Nigel for his advice in picking us a mortgage deal which suited our circumstances. We had great communication throughout and completed in good time for us to be able to move our mortgage and release funds for completion.

Chloe was very knowledgeable and explained the different elements of the Teacher Pension scheme clearly.

I was able to speak with an adviser - on Microsoft Teams to discuss a Phased Retirement Application with Teachers' Pensions.
The adviser was both friendly and supportive as well as extremely knowledgeable about this process and made everything very clear to understand.
I was also able to contact the adviser by email to get further clarification whilst completing my application.

This gentleman was polite, knowledgeable and provided concise information. There was no time-wasting, no attempt to "sell" a service by making any information any more difficult to understand. He was clear the initial call was free and clear what subsequent contact would cost and what the service would provide. Even though he could have made money by "advising" me to book a further session with himself, he was clear that he did not think I needed this. He gained my trust and respect.
