The price was good. The customer service response was great.
Buuut... the actual container, the lasting, durable, tangible item was below marginal. A busy place and I opened the doors, and wrassled em shut, but didn't go thru it well enough. BUT... there is an inspection sticker from a supposed third party inspection company that will give you a FALSE sense that someone actually looked at it. Secondary door has TWO pins broken, THE TOP TWO!! So if/when the third one breaks.... well, Good Luck. Ever look at trying to change or fix a broken/missing hinge pin? Good Luck with that. So what started as a good deal turned into a bust. Maybe I shoulda tipped the yard guys to get a better one.
And I should probably give it one star as no-one reads 2 star reviews.

Western Container provides a no-hassle tunnel container. What else can be said - it's a steel box for storage!

I had rented a smaller one earlier this year. Very friendly people, a joy to talk with them on the phone. Then I had to rent a larger one, we are building a shop and had to find room for storage on a different container that we sold. Once again no problems with the staff. The driver was a little late but no problems he contacted me to tell me he was going to be late, traffic. The driver was, in my opinion, very professional. I had asked him to get the larger one as close as he could to the smaller room on the driveway for people to come and go. I was definitely impressed, if he'd gotten any closer they would be sitting on top of each other. Didn't know that you could rent containers, otherwise we wouldn't had bought one, the one that we sold. If I ever need a container in the future, I will not hesitate to contact Western Container Sales & Rentals. Also, these containers are sooooo easy to open and close, the one we sold we had to huff and puff, push and pull to get the doors to open and close, I always dreaded when I had to do either.
