Container was delivered four days after…
Container was delivered four days after we were originally told because of an issue with the deliverer. We were told about the delivery about 5 minutes before the driver came. I would have liked to have known when they were about to leave the port. The doors are difficult to open.

I spoke with the front office the day of the delivery, which gave me a window of time, also, the driver called to give us an approximate time. The delivery of the storage container was delivered in a convenient time We did not have to wait all day. The driver was very courteous, absolutely helpful and with good advice. I give him 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️‘A.

Likes and dislikes
I liked that everything was easy, calling ahead of time , having everything ready by the time I got there. DISLIKED that after I did inspection , I found one of door hindges broken side wall bent and couldnt exchange it, cause they said that was the only one they had, it was more like what they were wanting to push out first

We're sorry you had an issue with the unit you had picked up at the intermodal depot. It sounds like you had a third-party hauler manage shipping because your delivery location was outside of our service area and we weren't looped in when there was an issue with the container being picked up at the depot. Normally our haulers can resolve this type of issue before it becomes a bigger problem, and we're sorry that's not what happened in this case. In the future please always feel free to loop us in if you or your hauler have any issues at the depot, we're always happy to help.

Western Containers were great to work with. I bought a container for work, Apon purchase i wanted the doors facing the building which isn't the norm for containers, i was called and asked if this was correct, then at that time we made the delivery date and time window, which was met in the time given.

The site was well organized
The site was well organized. It is very busy there so the wait was about 1 hour and 45 minutes. Mine was loaded doors toward the nose of the trailer before I had a chance to inspect it. I hope it's all ok when I get it in place. Friendly staff!

The container price was excellent
The container price was excellent. Shipping price a bit steep. Customer service was excellent. Great contact for day of delivery. The delivery driver was an unpleasant human being. He didn't want to drop the container where we wanted it. We paid a lot of money for a delivery, not for the guy to just drop it in drive. He eventually put it only 10 feet from where it was to go. Grumbled the whole time. To lay that much for delivery, I expect top notch service.
