Great service, great price
We use Westernfuel for our regular top-ups on heating oil, after being quoted a delivery date of the 4th of April, they delivered yesterday, after only ordered 2 working days prior. Great Price, great service! the only improvement I could recommend, is give the customer a heads up on the delivery date, luckily I was home by chance!

Best price in the area and very quick delivery. Ordered on Sunday, delivered Tuesday on the standard one week lead. Driver was efficient and friendly.

Helpful and reliable
We have been using Western Fuels for a while and have always found them super helpful and efficient. A faulty gauge led to running out of heating oil. A short notice delivery was arranged for the following morning but I was also able to visit the local depot at Taunton and purchase a 20 litre container of oil to get the boiler back up and running immediately. Depot staff and delivery drivers have always friendly and helpful! Thank you.

Matt the driver noticed a possible fault on our filter and called another Matt out to fix it
Then re delivered same day

Had someone come out to do a boiler service today, they were very thorough. He identified and fixed some issues and advised to keep an eye out for other potential issues.

Well done! Friendly and helpful. Worked quickly and quietly, Replacing huge old tank with new 1000 ltr bunded tank. Pumped back the oil they had extracted, leaving me with a full tank. There was some left over which they credited to my account. Couldn’t ask for more.
