I would give this company zero stars if I could !!
Customer service is non existent !! I’ve emailed and tried to ring them at least 4 times !!!
I ordered towells and they sent me the wrong colour all I want is the correct colour I ordered !!!
Being totally ignored but happy to take my money !!! DO NOT use this company stick to Amazon their customer service is amazing

Awful company to deal with. Bath sheets do not fit the description and now allowing me to send back the bathrobe saying Unhygienic. Appalling that I cannot send back the inferior goods

Awful company, took forever for my order to arrive after I chased it, then only half of it arrived.. contact customer support again only to just be ignored.. going to have to claim back from my bank.. Do not use this company..

Yes I agree about previous comments bening a shamm company. Poor quality goods not as advertised were returned with postage label provided by westlane. Proof of delivery provided yet unresponsive to my emails when chasing my refund. I contacted my card company who raised a chargeback dispute. My card company then refunded me. I would urge anyone else having trouble with refunds to do the same. This company is not a reputable supplier.

SHAM company. Ordered a bathrobe on 18th August. Told it was dispatched on 19th August, but this was clearly a lie. Tracking number given does not work, item has never arrived. Requested refund which has never arrived. Customer service is unresponsive. AVOID this company.

I requested the order be cancelled the day after I placed it, but was informed it had already been dispatched, which was a lie. When the towels arrived, I did not even open the parcel, but just relabelled it and posted it back, following it up with and email. Royal mail have tried yo deliver and the company have rerouted the parcel, I don't know where to and I have still not received my refund - they appear to be a Sham Company !

I received an email advert for this company. I decided to buy 12 face cloths. The order was very speedy and the quality was higher than expected. I have already recommended them to family members so hopefully this review will help further.

Ordered some of the large bath sheets and was delighted with them. They are such good quality for the money and were delivered within a couple of days. So rare these days to have this sort of service. Will definitely be ordering from them again.

Superb! I found this company advertising on Facebook and took the risk because you could find the company's contact details and address, so I felt certain they weren't another Facebook scammer. My plus-sized towels arrived the next day!! They are just as described and of a wonderful thick and fleecy quality - and they wrap completely around my size 22 frame. I'm happy to recommend Westlane Linens to everyone - and so I am!

Ordered 2 sets of towels yesterday and they came today they towels are excellent quality and value for money.

Great quality, a good size ( slightly over exaggerated in the picture). They are not the lenght of 3 women🤣 The measurements are as stated 90 x 200 and are a good bath sheet at a good price .

This is the second buy I've made from this company . I'm extremely pleased with the product and the fast service from the company . I shall certainly return to buy more and will recommend it to my friends

great price for of the biggest towels i have found, delivered on time, washed great & are very good towels...will definitely be buying some more from this company in the furture...top marks all round

Purchased Bath Sheets which I am very pleased with. By accident I duplicated my order and received two lots. Contacted the company and they agreed I could return the duplication for a refund. Very good customer service,I would buy from them again.Very good.

I am pleased with the bath sheets and tea towels. The face towels never arrives however I received a refund.
Although the bath sheet is good quality i did find a number of cotton snags within the towel structure but nothing to stop me buying again

Very pleased with my purchase! I ordered the 8 Towel Bale and after a few weeks, they wash and dry well without losing their softness and absorbency.
