Great Customer Service
Great Customer Service - Bought a heated puffer coat. Coat looked great and heater could withstand down to about 30 degrees, but zipper would get stuck and not fully unzip. I emailed Weston and they shipped out a new coat. Coat comes with a warranty and they stand by it (without delay).

Had a defective glove
Had a defective glove, was asked to send a video showing the issue. After replying with the video, I was responded to within 20 minutes to confirm my address and new gloves are already on the way. By fsr the fastest customer service I have ever dealt with. Thank you!
Replacement socks
We purchased Weston's heated socks and my husband loved them so we got another pair..Well turns out the left sock on the new pair wouldn't get warm from day one and Weston made made it so easy to get a replacement and they were so quick at answering my emails ..Best customer service and awesome company definitely recommend buying from them

Comforting hand warmth
I ordered a pair of heated glove liners to wear to my grandchildren’s’ hockey games. The gloves provide soothing heat; the size ordered was M and they run a little big but still comfortable to wear. Fast turn around time from placing order to receiving item. Very pleased with purchase.
Battery issue, great service
They responded immediately when I told them the battery that came with the jacket I got my wife for Christmas,wasn’t working. Sent a new one out with a charger no issue. Great service, my wife loves the jacket

I had an issue with a pair of heated gloves from Weston. After one use, the batteries died after 2 hours and 3 fingers started to rip along the seams. Weston immediately responded to my email, and within 2 days sent a brand new pair of heated gloves! I am very impressed with their customer service and their products.
Five hours heat is misleading
Ordered glove liners and it took about 10 days for them to arrive - pretty good. At first I was very pleased. Nice and warm, great! But eventually I realized that the low and medium heat settings are not adequate - can barely feel any heat. You must use the high setting. And on high, you will be lucky to get one hour out of them. If you are happy with one hour followed by several hours of charging, these are for you. Not acceptable for me. When I tried to return them, their ironclad policy is that you can't get your money back and these are very expensive. You must exchange for another product of theirs! You also only have 30 days (ok, I suppose - I missed by a couple days). And you must have all the original packaging intact, unused, tags still on the products, etc. How would you do that and still be able to try them out?! I really wanted to be happy with them and believed the advertising. Sadly they'll be going to the thrift store. Don't recommend at all.
Great product and service
Great product and service. I had a small issue with one of the socks and the customer service I received was top notch. There are actually humans working here, which is rare these days. These socks are saving my feet and my vascular system. Love them.

Great Service
The battery for the heated fleece wasn’t working so I contacted customer service They were very helpful and after sending them a video showing the issue they are sending a replacement battery. Very happy with their service.
Cycling in a Canadian Winters
Cycling in a Canadian winter requires gloves that keep the fingers warm and socks the toes warm. The Weston product do neither. Both fingers and toes will freeze. Would not recommend for activities such as cycling, skiing or snowmobiling.
Staff is friendly and service response on an order is prompt. However, after writing to the firm about these issues the managers did not respond.
Level of heat too low
I felt my heated glove liners were not at the level of warmth I needed. I called the company and they returned my call the same day. I explained how I felt and they responded with speed and curtesy. They double checked all my information and stated they would replace my liners with new ones. I could not be more pleased with Dan and the Weston company.

The item I purchased has been out of stock. The folks at Weston have been keeping me up to date on possible restock and shipping. They gave me an option to pick something else out and they would honor the price i had already paid. At first I declined but then looked through the stores website and found something similar to what I had ordered. The were so fast to reply and process my request. Their customer service is top notch and I won’t hesitate to make other purchases with them in the future.
I purchased a heated vest for my wife…
I purchased a heated vest for my wife for Christmas and she was having difficulty with battery not charging. I reached out to Weston customer service the weekend after Christmas, with low expectation of having my email responded to quickly. But I was pleasantly surprised! After several trouble shooting emails we came to a resolution and they are sending a new battery post haste. This has been really easy and these people are on the ball. I won’t hesitate to buy more if their stuff and highly recommend Weston as an ethical and friendly company. John Weil

Great overall experience with customer service and product.
We were very happy with the way the jacket was packaged and shipped.we now have 2 coats from them and both are very warm and comfortable. We have an issue with the shipper on the second order but they kept us up to date on the tracking information till the jacket arrived. Very good customer service throughout the entire process.
