I ordered the women’s heated glove…

I ordered the women’s heated glove liner and couldn’t be more pleased. Above that, however, was my exceptionally good customer service experience with Chris. There was some confusion with the orders that I had made—probably I was the confused one! Chris was just as calm, patient and nice as one could ask for. Very down to earth. I felt cared for like a friend/neighbor—not just a machine/number. Chris went above and beyond to solve my issue and make me happy. Thank you Weston and thank you Chris!

Christmas gift heated hoodie didn’t…

Christmas gift heated hoodie didn’t fit. Weston offers return/immediate replacement option. Worked great. My wife received the replacement in days, and is enjoying gift indoors and outdoors up here in Vermont. Well done.

Warm winter clothing

I was searching for a heated men's vest online and I found exactly what I wanted in the correct size. The item was shipped within days and the recipient is very happy with the gift. I was satisfied with the website and ease of use even though I had never done business with them before.

Excellent customer service

The jacket I ordered for my wife was missing the charger and battery. I notified them late in the afternoon on New Year’s Eve not expecting a response til after the Holiday weekend. They responded that same night asking some additional information. I sent that information after I got home after 10pm. I went back in to work and by 8:00 they already responded back to me. After a couple of emails clarifying some things up for shipping they sent the items out. Amazing considering it was New Years Day and most people were off of work. Excellent customer service!

Customer service is easy to contact via phone. The representive was knowledgable, professional and resolved my issue
I ordered heated gloves liners, but after one use the batteries are not functioning correctly. The representative answered all my questions on proper operation and Weston is sending replacement batteries

Horrible liars said its made in USA so…

Horrible liars said its made in USA so I order a pair of socks get the box and it says made in China disgusting Horrible liars. Do not buy from these liars and all they can say is oh it was a misunderstanding when I specifically asked if they were made in the USA. I hope the CEO of this company calls me but she probably won't DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE LIARS!!!!!

They charged my credit card 3 days…

They charged my credit card 3 days before they shipped the product which I believe is illegal. Before reading reviews I bought the extra protection so I can return the product within 30 days but now I'm wondering if I'll even receive what I bought and am less certain, I'll get a refund if I need to return it.

Terrible Customer Service

Terrible Customer Service.

I ordered a jacket, didn't get the required battery. They did send it, but it was faulty. I tried to return the item altogether, but by the time I got the battery, my return windrow had expired. After that e they wouldn't even discuss returning it. Pretty sh#y customer service to not accept responsibility for THEIR ERROR.

Zero Stars!

Zero Stars!! I didn't order ANYTHING and they charged my credit card $158.00!!!. I didn't give them a credit card number, I did not give them a shipping address they just went into my computer and STOLE my credit card number. This place is a SCAM! STAY AWAY!!! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Consumer Beware

We purchased heated gloves on Dec 03, 2024 and did not receive them until Dec 15, 2024. The gloves worked on first wear however the second wear did not heat and the third wear only one glove worked. As noted in prior reviews while there is a phone line for customer service listed there is no live customer support. We initiated a return request as instructed online on Jan 23, 2025. We requested a return label and refund due to the item being defective. while they offer a replacement or store credit they will not issue a refund as there is a 30 day return policy. We are 7 days outside the return based on delivery date, however the clock starts ticking based on order date...so based on our experience this company deals in misleading advertising with "one year warranty and easy returns" streaming on the website! Consumer beware...19 emails correspondence later this company is suspect of poor customer support!

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! They don't answer their phone and it took days for them to respond by email! Now, I can't return items that were purchased as Christmas gifts that don't fit. Almost every retailer has an extended return policy during the Holiday Season, but not them! There is no integrity with this company-BEWARE!
