Find a different brand

Find a different brand! Like other reviews have said…very strict return/exchange policy… they had changed the style of the item I purchased but STILL have old/better version posted on website. False advertising?! So I’m stuck with it because they conveniently did not return my inquiries until after return policy deadline. Some of the worst Customer service I’ve EVER dealt with, you will not get to speak to a person. Good luck if you have a warranty issue.

Beware

Beware. They have a strict 30 day return policy, even around Christmas. So if you purchase weeks/months in advance so you are sure to get your item, they will screw you if you need to exchange it for a different size

Horrible Customer Service

Front heaters on jacket werent working so I requested an exchange, then later changed my mind to a refund. Got the refund approved but never got sent anything besides a packing slip. Having to pay for return shipping is ridiculous when the jacket never worked properly in the first place. Weston’s customer service is extremely difficult to get ahold of and im still trying to get a return slip for the jacket.

Do NOT order from this place

Do NOT order from this place. Once your order is “shipped” you won’t get a tracking number so when your package goes missing there is no way to identify it.

Mens jacket was "unisex" per customer service

When ordering a mens jacket, be aware that the zipper is not configured as a mens zipper. It zipps from the opposite side, like a womens coat. When Weston was contacted, they stated that the jacket was actually designed as a "unisex" jacket, even though the jacket I ordered specifically stated that it was a mens jacket. I have to pay for shipping to get my money back too. Great stuff. Would not recommend at all.

I would give this company a zero if I could.

I would give this company a zero if I could. They are a scam. I did receive merchandise ordered, but just because merchandise arrives, does not mean you haven’t been scammed. One of the items, the gloves, is acceptable at best. Another item ä, „heated insoles“ is a ridiculous design that makes it a real pita to use, and it would be laughable to say that it „heats“.

I respectfully requested a refund, and accepted eating the 15% restocking charge, since they were overpriced already and I hoped to recoup something. The postage for return is also on you. But it turns out the address that they gave me is vacant according to the USPS, and after several attempts to deliver, they returned the item to me. I informed the same customer support contact of this, and they gave me a non-answer. It says in many words, basically the post office should be able to tell me the problem, let us know if we can help you with anything else.
And then they ghosted, no replies to anything I send whatsoever. This is a dropship scam, and you are stuck with the overpriced items of poor design and quality.

Buyer Beware!

Please be sure to review the Return Policy!! Ordered a jacket in a small but fits like a medium and had to return it. All tags intact and original packaging. I had to find out that they charge a 15% restocking fee, plus shipping. This is ridiculous and unfortunate. They don't offer extra small so I don't have an option to exchange it. I've never run into this problem with other retailers and won't purchase from Weston in the future.

Will not buy from Weston again

I recently bought more than $700 heated stuff from them seeing great review. While returning for exchange, the ups shipping cost is very high which is not covered by Weston. The same items are sold in Amazon which lower price and exceptional return or exchange policy. While the first shipment arrived very quick, the exchange shipment would take a week so I had to pay 15% restock fee for refund and got the item from Amazon to catch my departure time. Will not buy from Weston again.

By the way, there is no live person to pick up call for quick communication. The phone call is always routed to email and you get the email back next day.

Thanks for the reply. I bought your product directly from your website, and did not buy your product from Amazon. I find out that Amazon has many brands of the similar products as yours with exceptional delivery speed and return policy.

Buyer beware!!

Buyer beware!!! Site says easy returns. They are anything but easy. Number 1 you can’t talk to a human to ask questions or go through the return process with. Number 2 you are charged a 15% restocking fee. (Unless you dig deep in their website you don’t know this until you want to do a return) Number 3 you have to pay for shipping back to the company which means you have to either print out and pay for your own shipping label or you have to pay a premium if you go to the Fed Ex or UPS store. Number 4 if you take off tags you can’t return the product so when you test it out make sure you keep the tags on. Very sketchy company to me. I would not use the nor recommend them.
