Bad Sizing - Bad Customer Service

It took four months for the order to arrive. When it did arrive the XL jacket was too short in the sleeves.

Company refused to exchange or refund or resolving issue. This company has a poor business ethic and even worse customer service!

Follow up: Company admits poor sizing in response below and still refuses to refund or exchange item that took them four months to deliver. Says a lot, buyer beware!

Thank you for your feedback. Please keep in mind we accept returns and exchanges on all items within 30 days. It seems that your item was lost by the carrier , so we reshipped the item. Your reshipped order was delivered on January 23rd and you reached out to us on March 4th to return your item which well was over 30 days after you received your item. We do have our size charts on all of our items.

Very difficult to work with on a return. Sent the vest back to never receive the replacement or money back. Stay clear of them.

Should deserve zero star

Should deserve zero star. Returning an item. Finally had to file a dispute with my credit card company to get the credit back.
$170 heated vest lasted two months. Sorry 1 month warranty.
Stay clear of this company. Total fraud.

Order from a different site

Order from a different site. Their deals are not worth it because if something arrives and does not work (as it has for several people), they do not replace or refund your money.

I’m still trying to make a return. The emails are a constant exchange that’s been going on for weeks just delay the process. They keep asking if I want an exchange, “are you certain you charged the batteries”, and acting confused about what items I want to return.

The customer service number tells you to email because employees are completely remote, so no one can take your call. Never left a review before, but also never experienced a bogus return policy and process like this. Wish I listened to the other reviews.
