I bought a pair of Nordikas slippers which arrived quickly, with free postage and were cheaper than at Amazon. Unfortunately I had ordered the wrong size and needed to return them. The response from Catherine of Westwoods was swift and positive, assuring me that a larger pair had been reserved. Returning the slippers was easy. Altogether an extremely positive experience. I would definitely buy from this company again.

I saw some Josef Seibel sandals that I liked on different sites but none had the size that I required so I checked with Westwoods and they had what I wanted. Not only that, they were a better price. My shoes were delivered in two days. I am very pleased with them.

Found some lovely boots.....reduced...yay! Ordered the wrong size....oh no. Messaged customer services and had the fastest response ever! Replacement boots arrived within the week. Lovely boots, very good price and I was delighted with the really quick delivery. I find it hard to get my size (8) so was pleased that the boots were available. I will definitely check out Westwoods next time I need shoes or boots.
